Pros:

Our room was clean and well equipped with towels, sanitary products, hairdryer, iron + board, coffee machine, kettle and an empty mini-fridge...
The beds were very comfy too.
Frost desk staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is also perfectly located if you don't want to stay at the centre but still be well connected. You have a bus station just in front and a well connected tram station just +/- 200m away. If you plan on visiting the RAI, this hotel is perfect!
We did not have food at the hotel, so we cannot comment on that, but you find many grocery shops in the area with great offers.

Cons:

We had booked a twin bed room, but when we arrived we were told that there was no one left due to our late check-in (6pm), although we told them in advance when we would arrive... So if that is a must for you, this hotel might not respect it.
Only one nightstand-board has a plugin, which we didn't found the first night because it's on the bottom side.
We weren't bothered by it, but the rooms are also quite nosy, so light sleepers might want to bring some ear protection.

Grand hôtel un peu impersonnel ... nous préférons de plus petits hôtels avec décoration plus typique

Heel prettig hotel en zeer vriendelijke mensen

Het ontbijt was echt fenomenaal, zoveel keuze en zo goed 👌

Cons:

Ik vond alleen in de badkamer de vloer in de douche best wel glad maar dat is ook het enige minpuntje, o ja en de witte wijn bij mijn avondeten was warm

Çalışanlar ilgili, otel temiz ve istediğiniz herşeye erişim kolaydı. Aracı olanlar için ücretli otopark imkanı sunuyor. toplu taşıma ile mesafesi biraz var. sessiz sakin huzurlu bir otel.
