地點就在恆春老街附近，走路幾分鐘就可以逛老街，吃東西很方便，民宿有配合的早餐業者，不想出門可以直接點餐外送。民宿前有停車位，停車很方便，有電梯可以上下樓，就算行李多也不怕，房間空間雖然不是很大，但麻雀雖小五臟俱全，而且打掃很乾淨，帶小孩入住很放心。

房間乾淨，民宿主非常熱情，離恆春夜市走路不用10分鐘，唯一的缺點就是落地窗隔音不好，晚上外面車子的聲音非常清楚。
