Fizemos o check-in por volta das 2h da manhã do dia 28/07. Eu já havia informado previamente ao hotel que chegaríamos nesse horário.

Ao recebermos o cartão de acesso, fomos até o quarto, mas a chave não funcionava. Estávamos extremamente cansados após a viagem e acompanhados de duas crianças.

Meu marido desceu até a recepção para solicitar ajuda. A recepcionista informou que um técnico subiria e pediu que aguardássemos no corredor, próximo ao elevador, onde havia um telefone. Ficamos aproximadamente 10 minutos sentados no chão, em frente à porta do quarto, aguardando.

Quando meu marido já estava prestes a descer novamente à recepção, o técnico finalmente chegou. Ele tentou abrir a porta e perguntou: “Vocês tentaram empurrar a porta?”. A pergunta foi bastante deselegante, pois é evidente que tentamos abrir a porta de todas as formas possíveis antes de pedir ajuda.

O mais surpreendente foi a solução apresentada: ele sugeriu que abríssemos a porta “no ombro”, como se devêssemos forçá-la. A porta estava claramente emperrada e necessitava de manutenção. Não é razoável esperar que um hóspede tente arrombar a porta do próprio quarto para conseguir entrar.

Esse episódio demonstrou falta de preparo da equipe e de cuidado com a experiência do hóspede. Depois de uma longa viagem, chegando de madrugada com duas crianças pequenas, o mínimo esperado é que o quarto esteja em perfeitas condições de uso e que o atendimento seja ágil e respeitoso.
