Fred had incredibly great customer service. He was so welcoming and helpful!
When we arrived we received incredible service and hospitality from Fred, our bell man. He then helped us get an amazing table at the hotel restaurant. Overall A+++++ service upon arrival.
good location, chill vibe, spa is so worthy
We booked a deluxe $700+ room, but on the first night, the fire alarm began beeping at 3 a.m. for at least 30 minutes. Though staff eventually removed it, they didn’t replace it that night, leaving us worried about safety. We had to follow up twice the next day to get it replaced. When we sought fair compensation, they only waived the resort fee (~$60) and were unresponsive and impolite on calls. Given the room rate and disruption, this was very disappointing.

The hotel is stunning, the staff is hospitable and their dedication to sustainability is impressive. This is an exceptional property. What made my stay most remarkable however, is the exceptional service I was provided by Brenda at the front desk. She went out of her way to assist me. In fact, she went far beyond the my expectations and was relentless in finding a solution for me. Her professionalism and attention to detail will be remembered. She has set a new standard for me! Fred was absolutely amazing. One of the best parts of our trip. He went above and beyond. The hotel was beautiful and a great view of the beach. All of the staff was nice.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The pool area and the beach are just steps away, and we loved how lush and green everything felt. It created such a relaxing atmosphere.
Fred truly made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with such warmth and kindness, and throughout our time there he consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond, and his energy set the tone for such a welcoming experience.
What really stood out was how accommodating everyone was, especially when it came to our dietary restrictions. We left feeling taken care of in every way and will definitely be back.
We had a perfect experience here. And Fred was particularly delightful and helpful throughout. The room was great, the service was great, the pool is beautiful and the perfect size for the number of guestsand the restaurant was spectacular. We will certainly be back.
I have yet to complete this vacation and may tap back in, but upon my very hassled arrival (because traveling can be hard), my first encounter was with William Karal hailing from New York who helped me with ALL of my baggage (which was a lot). William is outstanding and deserves a medal for being top notch in his service to the newly arrived guests at this wonderful, independent resort. Thank you William for taking care of me and my family. You are fantastic!
