My wife and I got married here and have come back to visit a couple times since. This year we have our baby with us and have fallen back in love with this hotel. Fred helped us with our bags and he truly has such an amazing personality that reminds me why I love this place. The rooms are beautiful the grounds feel like you’re being transported to a private resort. We are thrilled to come back for many years to come and will recreate our wedding photo every chance we get and now with our additional new family member.
Nice location, good service, clean and spacious.
Very limited dining option with average food. No restrooms outside. you need to enter the building every you need the restroom while at the beach or swimming pool.
Great time here! The staff at all restaurants were very friendly and attentive. I need to shout out the wonderful crew at the Tiki Bar: Floriano, Omega, Michele, Jennifer, Mateo, Mike Lopez!! What a great and friendly team !!
Breakfast at Essensia was really good and the lunch at the Tiki Bar was outstanding !! Highlights: Thai chili chicken wings, chips and dips, Cuban medianoche sandwich.
A repeat visit to The Palms will not be our last! The Palms has an Old Hollywood tropical vibe...understated, classy, intimate, and welcoming. We had a superior king on the 7th floor with a breath-taking view of the resort and beach. The room was clean and had everything you need (including a huge TV to watch the World Cup games on!) We spent most of our time on the beach, where there was incredibly friendly and efficient service. A standout was Jorge, who is a huge asset to this resort! He was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to really enjoy his job and where he works. When our time at The Palms came to an end, Gabriel (The head bellhop) extended his warmth and was so gracious and sweet. I would highly recommend a visit to The Palms if you plan to stay in Miami Beach!

Want to start by saying my family and I had great experiences on our trip to Miami Beach due to the recommendation and help by the Concierge, Martin. He was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and helped us with breakfast and dinner suggestions along with excursions. There are so many things to do and having the help from someone like Martin made the decisions easy. He was very professional, polite and patient. Every time we walked passed, we were greeted with kindness. He always stopped to give us advice. If you are planning a trip to the Palms Resort, I would call ahead and talk with Martin to get some ideas ahead of time. Definitely helped us out. Gave a 5 star review mostly due to the experience we had Martin.

Beach location, staff extremely helpful and welcoming
Very little but the spa was overpriced
We had a wonderful experience at the Palms Hotel in Miami Beach, and a big part of that was thanks to Mike. He provided outstanding service at the beach throughout our stay.
Mike is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. He consistently made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His positive attitude, warm communication, and genuine appreciation for guests truly stood out.
It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personal and welcoming approach. Mike went above and beyond to make our beach experience perfect, and his dedication to excellent customer service did not go unnoticed.
Thank you, Mike, for making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend the Palms Hotel and hope to see you again on our next visit to Miami Beach!
The customer services was top tier. Beautiful clean facilities. Great food and drinks. The beach staff Mike, Tiago, Blanchard and our server Jennifer were amazing. I will definitely be back! 10 out of 10 experience!!!!
My experience at The Palms was very good. Check in was easy and fast. My corner room was updated, clean and very nice. The lobby is a little odd as it's a combination of two buildings. The pool and beach are beautiful. I only had breakfast at the hotel (no other meals) and it was ok; nothing special. I would definitely stay there again.
