We refused to stay and lost our cancellation fee.

Cons:

We refused to stay as it was in a very poor run down condition. There was an horrendous musty smell in the whole hotel including the rooms.
There was exterior building work going on with lifts out of action and being repaired which gave a very unsafe feeling.

We loved the location, great roomy space! Loved staying here,

Cons:

The only thing that would have made it perfect was if the tiling in the bathroom had a bit of an update as some of the tiles were cracked and looked tired. If the bathroom and kitchen looked more modern it would give it a perfect feel as the location is amazing!

Great location, literally metres from harbour, restaurants everywhere, right in the heart of it, HUGE apartment, great balcony, lost a star as it is dated and needs a refurbishment and the rooms are desperately in need of an update, but that is more than made up for in the fact of the location and amenities around it, getting in quite an issue though, arrived today with loads of bags, and staff watched as I had to fumble around to open the door with fob/key, understand security but this was 3.30pm and 2 staff just stood and stared. Up cafe looked great but didnt try it and not open on weekends or after 3 but loads of food options locally, really great place
