Good location but rooms need an update
Pros:

Great location close to shops transport and harbour. Indoor heated spa and Uno care were good.

Cons:

Needs a renovation. Rooms very tired and worn. Only 1 lift was working.

Pros:

Das Apartment-Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Hafenanlage mit Restaurants, Skytower, Shoppingstreets, alles in der Nähe und fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und hatte über die gesamte Breite einen Balkon mit Blick zum
Hafen. Wir hatten direkte Sicht zu den Kreuzfahrtschiffen.
Die hauseigene Garage war direkt mit dem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen.
Wer sein Frühstückstück nicht selbst zubereitwen wollte, konnte diese auch im kleinen Cafe in der ersten Etage zu sich nehmen.

Grossartige Lage
Aussergewöhnliche Appartements im Retro-Look mit atemberaubender Aussicht
Super toll eingerichtet. Betten absolut fantastisch.
Ein Hotel das über 30 Jahre alt ist und einen einmaligen Aufenthalt garantiert!

This hotel is on a great location. The rooms are dated but quite adequate.

Wouldn’t return sums it up. Nice view from upper floors.
Pros:

Location and view, nice size room. The pool and sauna were good.

Cons:

The place is under renovation and construction. Noise, broken lifts. The in-house cafeteria/cafe is below average for the area. Parking costs additional and also above average for area.

We refused to stay and lost our cancellation fee.
Pros:

Cons:

We refused to stay as it was in a very poor run down condition. There was an horrendous musty smell in the whole hotel including the rooms.
There was exterior building work going on with lifts out of action and being repaired which gave a very unsafe feeling.
