The location was great. Close to restaurants, museums, shopping. The staff was so very helpful, friendly.

Leaking shower door that wasn’t resolved while we were there. Water around shower/ tub that we wiped up with bath towels. Showering too close to the shower tile wall to prevent water from spraying out.

Location is so ideal!
Pros:

The location was ideal! We could walk or tram to everything! It's in a quieter area of the city in the museum district. The staff even gave us umbrellas to borrow for the rain. The breakfast was wonderful. So many options to choose from, omelets made to order, and included a make your own Bloody Mary bar!

Pros:

We stayed here for 4 nights and the room was super comfortable for a family of four. Excellent location right next to Vondelpark, easy walk or tram ride everywhere. The breakfast was just right and the staff were super friendly and accommodating.
