The service from front desk to the M lounge was fantastic! Special mention to Frans for getting our rental car ready every morning so we could leave right away, always with a smile, water and a nice friendly chat to start the day!
The valet service was smooth and well organized. Franz was professional, friendly, and took great care of my car. The concierge staff were also very helpful and made the arrival process easy and stress-free. Everything was efficient from start to finish, and it definitely added to a positive hotel experience.

Frans was very helpful. Steal house super over priced and uppity chef arguing and disparaging loudly was a complete turn off. Waiters were good.

This is almost the perfect Marriott property. Fantastic location near the museums and Leidesplein . Convenient to the trams . Spotlessly clean , Staff is warm welcoming and helpful . My room was quiet and extremely comfortable . The breakfast buffet in the M lounge and the evening snack and wine are fantastic . I’ve stayed here for approx 3 weeks total in the past year and have never had a thing to complain about . One of my all time favorites

Sad and cramped room with small window looking out at a wall. I asked the front desk if I could get a different room. Person there immediately said “sure” (suggesting to me they had plenty of rooms). Then she called the manager and said “there is a gold member here who wants a different room,” listened for a few seconds and responded “no, sorry, we are full.” Clearly manager wasn’t in the mood to help out a gold member that day! On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and front desk person seemed genuinely sympathetic to how bad a room I was given…
Terrible place rude staff especially one staff who is a big guy with a beard who works in the bar area very very rude man shouldn’t be working in there
