Pros:

Esta ben situat, pero la parada de metro esta lluny i la calitat/preu no crec que sigui adecuada a l'estat general de l'immoble. Te petites coses, pero son moltes petites que fan que no aigui una cosa excepcional, y vam pagar per algo excepcional.. esmorzar es justet i no et fan ni cas, reposen les coses al seu ritme. Molt bo que el gel te'l porten a l'habitació, es silencios.

Cons:

Com he comentat són molts petits detalls a pulir, acabats, pintures, labavo, esmorzar, visualment busques algo d'època pero el que vam veure es vell i poc cuidat, no un desastre però pel que pagues busques algo mes sincerament. No es horrible, podeu allotjarvos, pero no es tampoc gran cosa.

Struttura centralissima, comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi. La stanza era confortevole.

Cons:

Struttura un po’ vissuta, bagno con sanitari vecchi e quindi alla prima impressione deludente. Non offrono la colazione. L’illuminazione della stanza poco pratica.

Pros:

Location is fantastic, 3 min walk to Willis tower, 10 min walk to mag mile, riverwalk area. Nice area also.
It has a very nice little bar..

Cons:

Breakfast was awful, toaster didn't work half the time, bread, peanut butter, fruit, cereal, most guests complained every morning.
Staff not friendliest but weren't rude either.

Cons:

El desayuno es supuestamente continental, pero la cantidad que ponen de bollos y en especial de yogures es totalmente insuficiente, el 90% del desayuno se termina en las primeras 2h de desayuno porque lá ración es escasa, al pedir más 1 yogur más al personal me lo negaron

Hôtel très bien. Personnel très gentil.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il y a beaucoup de bus aux alentours (sauf peut-être le métro qui est un peu loin).
La chambre était très bien et l'hôtel a pris en considération notre demande d'être placés dans une partie calme de l'hôtel.
J'ai trouvé très bien que nous puissions faire livrer des colis à l'hôtel.

Cons:

La lumière dans la salle de bain est peut-être un peu "sombre" pour pouvoir se maquiller.
Le petit-déjeuner : un peu trop peu de choix. Si on arrive très tôt, il y a beaucoup de viennoiseries mais les gens se ruent dessus, donc, si vous arrivez vers 8h15-8h30, il ne reste que du pain et très peu de choses à mettre sur les tartines.
Donc, je ne recommanderais peut-être pas de prendre le petit-déjeuner là. Surtout que juste à côté de l'hôtel il y a une très bonne boulangerie :-)

Bien situé et personnel aimable

L'emplacement et l'accès au métro.

Cons:

Absence de petit-déjeuner digne de ce nom. La chambre n'a été pas faite qu'une fois en 7 jours en dépit des demandes.

Description on booking.com is totally false. Details of reality, complete with photos, emailed twice to booking.com who are still advertising the property with the false description. Topics are restaurant ambience, in room dining, restaurant breakfast, linen, bathrobes, tea/coffee maker, microwave, cleanliness. All of these items were not as advertised.

Sin dudas será mi próxima elección si regreso a Chicago
Pros:

La habitación hermosa y espaciosa, cama súper cómoda, hermosa vista al ciudad desde el piso 16, ascensores venían rápido. Y la ubicación sobre todo.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue el desayuno, por eso les bajé un punto. Era demasiado básico y poco tenía que ver con un desayuno americano.
