Pros:

Goede kamer, schoon en redelijk groot. Goed plek vlak bij het centrum.

failed to server room - returned after a 12 hour day to an unmade bed (didn't put card on the pillow for clean sheets) dirty towels. No parking. when I complained at check out - Nothing done !!!

Not clean, unhealthy breakfast and some unfriendly staff (read full review)
Pros:

Location okay, close to public transportation. Comfortable bed. Reception staff relatively friendly and cooperative.

Cons:

1. Found long hairs on my bed and in the bathroom on day of arrival, then more after taking a shower on the morning next day (see photos)
2. On at least one or two days no black tea for breakfast, because the manager was on holiday and forgot to order to replenish. At least that's what I was told.
3. There is no light switch next to the door, so when you enter at night, you have to navigate in the dark to your bed to turn on the lamp there. And there is no ceiling lights, so overall it is simply too dark in the room
4. Quality of breakfast is inferior (at least for international standards). Overall unhealthy - or maybe just "too American" for me ...
5. Staff preparing the breakfast is rude or at least unfriendly (by showing "fake friendly" smiles). Treating breakfast like a military operation, if you arrive 1 minute too late, you are out of luck getting something to eat. Short response from the staff: "We start on time and we end we clean up on time." (Which is basically 9:59:59 am SHARP during the week).
6. If you continue to sit in the breakfast room to "enjoy" your breakfast and have an interesting conversation with other guests after 10:00 am, they repeatedly want to through you out, giving the reason: so that the room can be cleaned up. But even after we left, there was no cleaning person in sight ...
7. Simply an unfriendly environment, which is why I will not check in there again.

It was a wonderful experience and will stay here again. Ricky was awesome at the bar!
Pros:

It’s a great location! Felt comfortable. Not a dangerous area whatsoever. Staff were incredibly kind. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be centrally located.

Cons:

It’s a bit older so the shower you have to pull the handle out and my first shower didn’t go well lol. Once I learned the magic trick it was wonderful. Great water pressure. The only other thing they need to replace the phone cord in room 1209.

Reasonable price, though bed comfort was a letdown
Pros:

The location is excellent, and the building has a nice classic vibe. Kudos to the staff, who were highly professional and attended to all our requests promptly. Breakfast was OK, and overall, the price-to-service ratio was OK

Cons:

I really wanted to like this place, but the beds were a letdown. The mattresses are super soft, which isn't great if you need back support. I ended up switching rooms because of some outside noise, but both rooms had the same issue with the beds and I also saw its a common critic. Also, the windows were pretty dirty and didn't open, so the room felt a bit stuffy.

Mi estancia fue excepcional, volveria sin dudas!
Pros:

La habiltacion es muy amplia, limpia, el desayuno bueno y la ubicación me encantó , está a media cuadra de la Avenida Michigan al norte, cerca de todo y la zona super elegante. A la noche a dos cuadras estaba lleno de bares para cenar.
