Un séjour prometteur, une mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée et de l'amertume au départ.

La localisation de l'hôtel, plutôt bien placé à deux pas de Michigan Avenue et des réseaux de transport en commun.

Cons:

La réservation faite en 2025 comprenait le petit-déjeuner. Le personnel de l'hôtel n'en pas tenu compte à notre arrivée et le petit déjeuner du premier jour a été facturé 70$ en sus d'une addition déjà supérieur à 2 000$ ! Les jours suivants nous avons dû organiser notre propre petit-déjeuner. Lors du check-out, le responsable de l'accueil a reconnu l'erreur mais n'a pas voulu procéder au remboursement de la somme indue.
La literie était beaucoup trop molle. La baignoire était bouchée. La chambre ne disposait pas de four à micro-ondes. Le réseau wifi manquait cruellement de débit. Il n'y avait pas une fontaine à eau fraiche dans l'hôtel.

Das es mitten im Zentrum war, dennoch recht ruhige Straße, sehr große Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal
Das gebuchte Frühstück war ausgezeichnet

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel, die Beleuchtung war dürftig und man musste jedes Licht separat anmachen und dann war es auch noch nicht viel heller! Die Armaturen im Bad gehören getauscht sind schon in die Jahre gekommen

Hotel datato ma in ottima posizione. Camera grande con splendida vista. Colazione non a buffet ma buona. Dall'hotel si accede ad una pasticceria dove si trova un'ampia scelta di dolce e salato

Pros:

Top Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer groß mit Allem was man braucht.

Cons:

Hatten leider ein Zimmer im 3.Stock wo direkt die Markise davor war. Von daher war das Zimmer sehr finster mit kaum natürlichem Licht. Aber viel Zeit verbringt man in dieser tollen Stadt sowieso nicht im Zimmer.
