部屋が倉庫を改築したような雰囲気の部屋だった。
マリオットホテルのクオリティを感じなかった。
Breakfast should have more variety such as pancakes or walffles for kids or kids menu.Mattress and pillow is too soft not comfortable.
Staffs are very nice and friendly.
I'll start off by stating that I am a Marriott elite and, therefore, should be treated better than the average person walking in off the street.
I was able to check-in early with no issues. I was given a room in the Oasis Tower. The layout of the the first floor is confusing due to the large number of (seemingly random) shops and meeting spaces.
The room was unremarkable except for having no carpeting. This would be fine if they cleaned the floor thoroughly. My feet got dirty from walking on the floor.
The hotel is very close to the convention center, but a twenty to thirty minute walk to Disneyland.
I saw people every morning waiting for the ART shuttle, and it was never more than marginally faster than walking. You can walk into the Toy Story parking lot across Harbor to clear security and take the free bus to Disneyland, but, during the morning rush, it's always slower.
Unless it's incredibly cheap or your going to an event at the hotel or the Anaheim convention center, I would not suggest staying here. I had a much better experience at the nearby Sheraton.
Location was great as it was walking distance to theme parks. Laundry facility was a bonus.
Disappointed that Starbucks closed so early in the afternoon, and most eateries closed early.
La arquitectura y comfort
El valet parking nunca se acerco a mi auto. Tuvimos que bajarnos y entrar por cuenta propia y desistimos de gacer uso por que esperamos casi 10 minutos para que se acercaran a recibirnos.
Worst experience I've had in a long time.
-They cancelled my reservation ahead of getting there
- Upon entering my room the toilet was covered in something that looked like it was wet then dried but not sure what it was. There was also old dirty underwear in the room. They did a "refresh" but there was still the waste on the toilet. We cleaned ourselves to avoid touching it.
- They painted and caulked in my room while I was staying there. Got paint on me. Let front desk know. They told me we should have been informed of it. Appreciate you letting me know what SHOULD have happened.
- Woke up to the smell of bleach on one day.
-Hair from past guests was everywhere
-General cleanliness was very poor
Mediocre experience from start to finish. Upon getting to our room, we noticed it was very basic- dim lighting, only a couple drawers and all-beige decor. Laid down to take a quick nap before heading out and immediately noticed that while the bed was comfortable, getting - or staying - asleep would be impossible due to lack of soundproofing. From people walking in the hall to the family next door, we could hear their conversations as clear as a bell. We usually stay in mid-range hotels, and this one is a big disappointment.
Would stay here again! We had two rooms for our family to visit Disneyland. Titanium Elite. Our room was spacious. I wish the toilet was separate from the shower but we managed. 15 min walk to Disneyland. Club lounge offered what you needed for a quick breakfast. It was the restaurant on the weekend. We took an Uber from Long Beach and back. Easy, clean and would recommend.
A good business stay at Anaheim Marriott for 5 days. Comfortable bed, large, clean rooms. Large patio with pool view. This hotel offered a nice pool side restaurant, a quick serve cafe and easy access to the convention centre. The customer service team was able to offer very early and late check out to accommodate my flight times. Very close access to all of Anaheim’s tourist activities.
