Pros:

كانت إقامة سيئة جدا أولا الغرف ليس بينها عزل ثانيا السرير غير مريح ثالثا اذا طلبت أكل دليفري لازم تنزل بنفسك الى الباب الخارجي للفندق ثم توقع على ورقه ماذا طلبت ومن اي مطعم ثم تكتب اسمك وتوقع على ذلك رابعا وهو الأهم تم طرق الباب الساعة 8 صباحا فؤجت بطلب التشيك على الميني بار فقلت هذا وقت مبكر جدا ثم اخبرته اني لا اريد المغادرة اليوم حيث مددت اقامتي ليلتين وجعلته يشاهد الحجز على هاتفي ثم ذهب وبعد ساعتين طرق الباب مجددا واذا بنفس الموظف الذي اسمه وليد الساعه العاشرة صباحاً يريد التشيك على الميني بار ثم اخبرته خذ الميني بار كله من الغرفة وغادر لو سمحت مع انه يوجد تامين بمبلغ 200 دينار عند الرسبشن والمعروف ان التشيك على الميني بار لايكون الا عند المغادرة كانت إقامة سيئة ومزعجة

Nice Stay
Pros:

Stayed at the Marriott Hotel in Amman at the start of my tour. The hotel was what you would expect of the Marriott group. At breakfast there seemed to be on excess of male staff which was a little daunting but other eating spots in the hotel were staffed by women as well as men and they were always friendly and helpful. A nice stay.

Cons:

Neskoré upozornenie na rekonštrukcia hotela. Neskoré upratanie izby (poobede a až po upozornení). Absencia rýchlovarnej kanvice, čaju a kávy na izbe. K dispozícii nebola lyžička, vidlička alebo nôž.

An excellent stay with outstanding service and genuinely caring staff—I would happily return.
Pros:

I had a great experience overall. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, caring, and professional, always ready to help and make the stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Raed for his outstanding support and warm hospitality.
