SPA not for kids
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall and enjoyed the hotel

Cons:

The SPA access policy for children under 16 was disappointing. This may be a convenient policy from the hotel’s operational perspective, but it is not convenient for families with children. Families should be clearly aware of this restriction before booking.
If you travel to Jordan with kids you can find better options, check in advance hotels policies and restrictions, surprises will come
