It’s close to Epic Universe.

Cons:

It’s super dirty. The floors were gross. Our socks were black from walking around the room. There were no places to hang towels. So we had to drape them over chairs or just throw them on the floor. The A/C unit was also very loud and made a rattling sound the entire time.

Pros:

Localização muito boa, do lado do Icon Park. Falantes em português que atendiam prontamente. Café preto, açúcar, talheres e pratos descartáveis grátis na recepção e à todo momento. Piscina com horário amplo (até 23h). Estacionamento sempre com vagas disponíveis. Quarto com cozinha (frigobar, pia com balcão e microondas).

Cons:

Esqueça o que os influenciadores te falam, te omitem muita coisa. O hotel estava passando por reforma e pintura, o elevador não funcionou durante 2 dias. Limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar, tem que sempre pedir na recepção e mesmo assim não é boa. Iluminação dos quartos é muito ruim, 4 abajures para iluminar todo o quarto (e um estava queimado ainda). Também não tinha espelho no quarto, somente na pia do banheiro. Transporte para os parques esquece. É um serviço terceiro que o hotel diz não ter responsabilidade. Nunca aparece no horário, falta e o site que deve agendar com antecedência é muito ruim e nunca tem horário. Pra Universal, melhor pegar o ônibus de linha na International Drive (linha 38, $2) que desce no City Walk. Pra Disney, vá de carro ($35 o estacionamento) ou Uber.

Cons:

Os interior do quarto foi reformado, mas os móveis são velhos, poltrona suja, cúpula de abajur quebrada. Banheiro sem local para pendurar toalhas. Limpeza do chão do quarto ruim. Area da piscina com moveis velhos e alguns quebrados.

Apesar da localização ser boa não vale a pena o desgaste e noites mal dormidas,

Cons:

Apesar de estar em reforma o Hotel e suas instalações péssimas sujo e mal cuidado.
Trocamos de quarto porque o colchão era muito ruim ar condicionado velho e barulhento.
Poucos funcionários dispostos a ajudar.
Portões da piscina quando abrem e fecham para entrar e sair bate todas as vezes a noite toda.

Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación, está al acceso de muchas locales de comida, el mcdonals más grande, Icon Park, etc. Mi estadía no incluía desayuno pero ofrecen un desayuno buffet de 12 dólares (aprox) bastante variado.
La habitación muy limpia y siempre abastecida de lo necesario.
El personal muy amable, hablan inglés y español fluidamente por lo que fue fácil comunicarse.

Cons:

No tengo nada que no me haya gustado. Es recomendable el lugar en su relación de calidad y precio.

Pros:

The room size was nice and the room was clean. The loacation was good.

Cons:

We didn't like that there was construction going on. There was a big crane next to the pool area, and some of the area was taped of with yellow construction tape for Outdoor painting. The only thing mentioned on booking.com was that the hot tub is not in service.
Wifi connection is not good at all.

Economico e con ottima posizione
Pros:

Ottima posizione per raggiungere i parchi divertimento.
La struttura aveva un servizio di navetta anche per raggiungere i parchi ma non mi sono interessato molto di come funzionasse perché avevamo noleggiato un’auto per gli spostamenti.

Struttura accettabile per la cifra pagata.

Cons:

Ogni volta che ci cambiavano gli asciugamani dovevamo richiederne sempre alcuni in reception perché nonostante fossimo in 3 lasciavano sempre asciugamani per due persone.

Nessuna finestra apribile.
