Pros:

Viajo 1 ves al mes a Miami para ver a mi hija y nos vamos para Orlando unos dias, en los últimos viajes me he quedado en este hotel, muy cómodo la atención super buena so re todo de José quien nos ha recibido las ultimas 2 veces,, muy buena ubicacion y a mi hija le encanta el hotel y la habitacion.

Very good overall, but can’t rely on WiFi if you need to work.
Pros:

The guys at this property are above and beyond, would like to highlight Tiago and Alfredo, who are polite and decent staff there, always willing to help. Staff prepared to deal with guests anytime. Location is also superb.

Cons:

The internet was not good at all to be honest, could barely work online remotely.

Chambre spacieuse et propre.
Petit plus pour la piscine très bien.

Localização excelente. Muitos restaurantes próximo, a 5 minutos da Ícon, ao lado da International Drive

Cons:

A parte da limpeza deixou a desejar. Encontramos cigarro nas escadas que dá acesso ao quarto, e bastante sujeira.

The vicinity to orlando eye

Cons:

The hotel is old. The matrass is smaller than the bed. Not all the lights in the room worked. Had problem with microwave which was taken care of later. The building was dirty except for the lobby. It looks like there are no cleaninh staff on permanent base...the hallway to the rooms, the elevator, the vending and laundry area were all dirty.
The Ac spilled water in the hallway, so it was always wet.
There is no facility for warm water, tea or coffee in the room

Pros:

The staff were very helpful, the pool and pool area was nice, the room was big and comfortable with good facilities and the bed very comfortable. Location on Idrive was good with lots to do nearby.

Cons:

The walkways and stairway need some upgrades as they look a little old.

Not the hotels fault but the shuttle bus service to universal that they use was very unreliable and when ringing them they were very rude (Florida bus.com)

Nothing special, but if you don't expect much, it's enough for a few days' stay. The pool is quite nice. It was relatively quiet, but only because we had a poolside room. On the other side of the building is the highway.

Cons:

We booked another hotel, but upon arrival, we were sent back to Monreale Express. It wasn't a very nice experience. It's really not nice when you have to keep going after a trip because something didn't work in the booking system. And they're still trying to prove you wrong... The hotel was under renovation during our stay (painted railings) and did not make a very good impression. Unfortunately, the air conditioning stank. The bathroom door was rubbing against the floor, causing the mineral wool insulation to fall out, which then fell across the bathroom and room floors. This is completely unacceptable. The water in the hot tub was colder than in the pool. The mattresses were smaller than the bed frames, which caused us to hit the frame several times.

Great staff, great location
Pros:

They are so nice. The guy working the front desk at check in was really amazing and helpful. My flight was delayed from LGA for hours. The guy saw how exhausted I was and got me a room on the bottom floor so I can park in front of it and go straight into my room and sleep. The pool was beautiful and very clean. Location was perfect. I would stay at this hotel again and will tell everybody to stay there.
