La navette gratuite qui ne passe qu’à deux certaines heures et qui est souvent complète. Piscine pas nettoyée. Les travaux !! Les vitres étaient calfeutrées !! Pas de passage de lumière

Einzig der Service von Booking.com ist absulut positiv zu bewerten. Auch die konnten jedoch die sturen Mitarbeiter des Hotels nicht überzeugen .
Es wurde unsere ID Carte zum Check Inn nicht akzeptiert. Das Personal war herablassend und hat darüber lustig gemacht das dort nun zwei Familien mit Kinder und in vorab bezahlten Zimmern nicht eingelassen werden. Herr Rodriguez oder so ähnlich und seine Kollegin sind die mit Abstand dümmsten und geschäftsschädigenden Hotelmitarbeiter die ich je erlebt habe. Sie sind nicht in der Lage eine gültige Government ID zu identifizieren. Statt sich zu Informieren und zu helfen stornieren sie vor Ort die 2 Zimmer von Familien mit Kindern um 9 Uhr abends!
Der Hammer ist, das die sich auf Hotelrichtlinien berufen die es gar nicht gibt. Denn bei dem nur ein paar Meilen entfernten Hotel der selben Kette war der Check Inn problemlos möglich sogar ohne das vorab gebucht oder bezahlt wurde. Hier wurde auch eindeutig der Service Gedanke gelebt. Das Personal war dort zuvorkommend und extrem freundlich.
Vielleicht wollen die dort nur keine mit booking.com getätigten Buchungen haben oder noch schlimmer keine europäischen Gäste.
Booking.com hat sich übrigens bei uns entschuldigt und entschädigt , obwohl die garn nichts für das unterirdische Verhalten der Hotelmitarbeiter konnten.
Ich hoffe wirklich , dass das Hotel sein Empfangspersonal besser ausbildet den äußerlich sah es garn nicht schlecht aus.
