Reserve dos habitaciónes que estuvieran una al lado de la otra o con acceso de una habitación a la otra pero no fue así y las habitaciones no estaban ready a la hora de entrar tuve que esperar una hora más tarde para entrar

Amamos o hotel. Ele entrega o que promete. Os quartos são super espaçosos, banheiro com box, camas e travesseiros confortáveis e não achei as camas pequenas como geralmente são em hotéis de Orlando. Quarto equipado com mricoondas, frigobar, ferro de passar, secador... tudo. A localização é ótima!!! Perto de tudo!!! Tanto para ir de carro quanto para usar uber, por exemplo, para os parques da Universal e Sea World que o estacionamento é quase $40, dá pra ir tranquilamente de uber e gastar entre 15 e 20 ida e volta. Os funcionários muito atenciosos, praticamente todos falam português. Recenem encomendas e são super gentis. Ano que vem estaremos aqui novamente.
Apenas uma sugestão: colocar alguns ganchos no banheiro para pendurar as toalhas seria ótimo e tambem mudar o espelho de lugar.

The staff were professional and kind. Any request or question we had was completed/answered quickly. The rooms were clean. The location was absolutely perfect. We would highly recommend.

Location was great! We were able to walk around and shop and grab a bite to eat. The hotel room we stayed in was nice and clean. Pool area was nice
Pillows need to be updated. There is absolutely no water pressure. Be prepared to be woke up by a loud grinding noise day and night still unsure what that was exactly.
