It was GREAT! I definitely would stay there again and refer it to others.

The Hotel was gorgeous and the staff were above and beyond. They were so warm and friendly, I felt at home!

Cons:

It's not that I didn't like it, but I wasn't expecting a "joint" hotel and I went in the wrong entrance. It was raining and at night, so perhaps there was signage that I missed. Or maybe there could have been some information sent on the day of arrival for how to locate the entrance?

Very friendly staff and clean room.

Was expecting stronger water pressure in the shower but may have been low due to busy time in the morning. Still adequate.

Other than the heating and air unit my stay was nice
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the attend was very nice.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that when I changed my arrival date with booking and called the hotel the employee didn't change it in the system when I arrived. The person checking me in did have any knowledge of the change because of the person the night before. The heating and air unit in my room was HORRIBLE. It runs really LOUD and I didn't get any sleep. I was in town for an interview and my rest was inadequate!

We enjoyed our stay with no complaints and would recommend this location.
Pros:

Parking was great. Good size spots with easy access to building. Part of our group, with a separate room, was able to park with a trailer attached.

Cons:

Breakfast spread was so-so. Fresh vanilla yoghurt was delicious, especially with cherry pie filling combined with it! Muffins were not at all tasty. Pancakes yummy. Coffee great plus great tea company.

Was a nice enjoyable stay!
Pros:

The pool was awesome! And I loved the outdoor seating. Was enjoyable to sit out around the pool.

Cons:

In our room the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. And we were on the main floor and it was so loud when people were out talking in lobby/hallway.

The breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options including pancakes and cereals. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the convenient 12 PM checkout time.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing—used towels from the previous guest were still in the bathroom, and there was visible hair left behind. Although we reserved a king room, we were given a room with two queen beds instead. Additionally, during breakfast, the coffee ran out and was not refilled.
