Chambre grande et confortable.
Personnel très attentionné
Emplacement excellent pour se promener à pied dans toute la vieille ville.
Bonne insonorisation des fenêtres car la rue est bruyante

Cons:

Réception sans air conditionné malgré 32 degrés dehors.
Petit déjeuner horrible: pain raci, croissants immangeables, fruits à la limite de la fraîcheur. Très peu de choix et mauvaise qualité en général. En revanche bon service du personnel qui déplore le manque de qualité.
Couloirs en carrelage très bruyants.
L’hôtel a vraiment besoin d’être rafraîchi.

Great location, close to many restaurants. Rooftop pool and bar.
Pros:

Great location, heart of everything within walled city. Walking distance to Getsamani and restaurants as well as sight seeing. Hotel rooftop and pool were great to relax and have drinks. Breakfast included is cooked to order as well as buffet selection for pastries, fruits and fresh juices. Recommend rooms facing street not back plaza as noise is louder.

Pros:

Santa Catalina Hotel is the best. Would definitely stay here again. The front desk, the staff for the breakfast buffet and the staff at the pool were all amazing, extremely helpful and made the stay even better. The location is great and not noisy at all! Our room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the active street. The food and drinks were also exceptional. A buffet breakfast was included in our rate and the food was delicious. The price for the hotel is very reasonable considering the high quality. Don't hesitate!!!

Su ubicación es muy buena, una de las mejores de Cartagena, la habitación muy cómoda, la azotea y piscina son espectaculares y el personal muy agradable

Cons:

El lobby sin aire acondicionado, no dejaban entrar por el restaurante. Teníamos una habitación con balcón y nunca lo limpiaron estaba lleno de desechos de pájaro por lo que no pudimos disfrutarlo.

Hotel fica dentro da cidade amuralhada, ou seja, vc faz tudo a pé. Café da manhã excelente. Recepção educada. A visão do rooftop do hotel é excelente.

O Rooftop do hotel precisa de uma administração melhor. Itens caros e quase ninguem por la. Enquanto os rooftops ao lados estavam bombando. O restante, não tenho nada a criticar.
