Een heel fijn hotel
Pros:

Super locatie als je kiest voor de reuring. Je zit midden in het historisch centrum. Mooi zwembad op het dak en super fijne bediening, die alles voor je doen

Demasiado ruido de un bar que queda al lado del edificio. No se acabó la rumba hasta las 2 am. Terrible experiencia. El desayuno muy básico y de calidad pobre.

Great location and customer service. Nice rooftop pool and bar/restaurant

Cons:

Restaurant on the ground floor is not part of the hotel but serves the breakfast which is included in the stay. Customer service there should match the hotel’s. Shower did not have hot water!

Localização e conforto do quarto

Cons:

Cafe da manhã muito fraco: poucas opções no buffet, pessima qualidade dos pães, nao ha ovos mexidos no bufete somente no menu no qual so se pode pedir uma das poucas opções.

Preco extorsivo das bebidas alcoólicas e nao alcoólicas.

Apenas um elevador para servir aos hospedes e funcionários.

Because its in the old city, there is noise in the night. I bought earpods and aolved the prblem.

The room was dark, but it wasnt a deal breaker for me since it was fresh and clean

Valor da cerveja cobrado no bar da piscina! 4X mais do que é cobrado na rua ou 2x do que é cobrado em outros restaurantes!

So nearly a one star review saved by
Pros:

This was so nearly a one star review. The staff and the food saved the day for the hotel.

A nice welcome with a free drink in their rooftop bar got us off to a good start. The room seemed decent and the location in the old town good. We dined in their restaurant and had an excellent meal with a great view of the square just outside of the hotel – great for people watching.

All sounds good so far but…. we had an early start the next day and went to bed around 11pm. That’s when we discovered our third floor room was next to the cocktail bar next door which had loud music until 3.00 am. We should have guessed there may be a problem when there are earplugs provided with the room!

Luckily a trip to the night reception staff worked wonders. They moved us to a room on the 4th floor at the front which was fine. We ended up with a decent sleep, the absolute basic requirement of any hotel.

All the staff reception bars and restaurant were very good. The reception staff also made us a take away breakfast to go with the early start.

Personnel très attentionné
Emplacement excellent pour se promener à pied dans toute la vieille ville.
Bonne insonorisation des fenêtres car la rue est bruyante

Cons:

Réception sans air conditionné malgré 32 degrés dehors.
Petit déjeuner horrible: pain raci, croissants immangeables, fruits à la limite de la fraîcheur. Très peu de choix et mauvaise qualité en général. En revanche bon service du personnel qui déplore le manque de qualité.
Couloirs en carrelage très bruyants.
L’hôtel a vraiment besoin d’être rafraîchi.

Amazing stay, would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Clean, lots of amenities, restaurants with great food, rooftop pool—but still authentic to the area. Right in the heart of the action. Staff super friendly, very attentive and very helpful.

Great location, close to many restaurants. Rooftop pool and bar.
Pros:

Great location, heart of everything within walled city. Walking distance to Getsamani and restaurants as well as sight seeing. Hotel rooftop and pool were great to relax and have drinks. Breakfast included is cooked to order as well as buffet selection for pastries, fruits and fresh juices. Recommend rooms facing street not back plaza as noise is louder.
