Will be back!
Pros:

Lovely stay at this hotel, it was for one night but we had a great time and the receptionist looked after us so well. We needed to use a washing machine and he got us a change and even supplied washing powder. It was a great welcome and we felt very grateful. Rooms was so much fun with the beautiful photos to look at and a good choice of films to watch. we went out to the town for dinner and wow the town itself was magical. Loved the little streets, beautiful boutique shops and the diners. Fabulous town to visit.

Loved our stay and the hotel was fabulous, free parking was as bonus

Lovely downtown hotel. would recommend!
Pros:

we travelled for a wedding nearby in SLO. The location was perfect. Good rooms on the 3rd floor. The room decor and location were just what we needed. Breakfast at downstairs cafe was ok.

Cons:

This hotel was as expected for downtown SJO. Not suptumptous, but good and clean. There was minimal service.

It’s a good value and walkable to downtown. However hearing people above us was frustrating .
Pros:

Clean, great location, liked the sitting area in the lobby .

Cons:

Hot tub was closed, pillows were too thick and too thin, the a/c unit is loud , we could hear people walking around and bed creaking in the room above us, there was a loud exhaust sound coming from the floor below our room (perhaps the hotel laundry to clean sheets and towels ? ) that went on at 7am in the morning .
