Pretty good value
Pros:

Not fancy, elegant, or exceptionally clean but great location and pretty good for the price. A more welcoming lobby with a TV would be nice since the space is there.

Cons:

Been here before and stayed 3 nights this time with no daily cleaning which is fine, but I asked for a late checkout and they would only offer 30 minutes later than normal. Not sure what to expect but I was hoping to checkout at 1:30 rather than the standard 11:00 checkout time. Is that asking too much?, seems like it would simply be a small adjustment to the housekeeping schedule.

We were just there for 1 night but were impressed with the facility.
Pros:

Was a bit apprehensive about the age of the facility, but was very surprised of the great room we had. Very nicely redone.

Cons:

Only had 2 bathtowels in the room so had to ask for an extra towels so that we could freshen up before bed and still have dry towels in the morning to shower.

Property was good, Staff (night shift)doesn't know WTF she is doing.
Pros:

Room was good. Amenities were good. Location was excellent. Manager was good.

Cons:

Other than the manager, the staff was some good (ckeckin day)....some not knowledgeable at all (night shift). No pool yet was advertised when booked. WiFi not working. Wifi was a very important feature that I paid for. I should get a partial refund! I can excuse the pool but not the WiFi. Night shift desk clerk blew it off as "I can't help you". Fire her!

Convenient
Pros:

Great central location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It wasn't too expensive either. Cactus Jack's restaurant was on the property and served a great breakfast (not included, but very convenient).

Cons:

I assume it was because we had out dog with us, but we got one of 3 rooms that were overlooking the main road. All other rooms were off the road. So it was very noisy with street noises, cars, people shouting, etc. The room was also extremely small.

Cons:

Frigo bruyant et bruit de canalisation toutes les 5 minutes. Pas de petit déjeuner.

Pros:

No breakfast but the restaurant on property has good reviews. Great location close to all we needed.

Cons:

Parking is a challenge. There were many large vehicles with trailers that made getting in and out of spaces difficult. 1 night there was a car with a trailer parked across 4 spots in front of the rooms. They should have been instructed to move.

It was our base camp for 3 glorious days in and around Moab
Pros:

Downtown Moab, comfy bed, DOUBLE head shower!! Amazing! No squeaky floors or thin walls like all the newer chain motels. Great stay!!
