Pros:

Perfect location. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean, smelled nice, and well stocked with towls and such. Front desk went above and beyond and made sure everything was OK when I checked out early (flight got changed). Could not recomend this place enough

Amazing!
Pros:

The property was well kempt and the perfect location. 10 minutes from the entrance to arches national park and right in the heart of downtown.
