Pros:

Room was clean, staff was very helpful and kind. The pool was very clean and refreshing after a hot day. Rooms were quiet and linens were very clean. A great value.

The pillows were not great.

Great location but dingy room. I would not stay again.
Pros:

Location was great and the staff was so nice and helpful.

Cons:

It was so dirty. I took my shoes off, walked to the bathroom and back and the bottom of my socks were filthy! When we arrived the room was musty and had a smell. The sliding door to the bathroom didn’t close all the way. The pool was also out of service for the entirety of our stay and we were not informed.

Pros:

Moab is one of my favorite places. The glitch with the power breaker was taken care of quickly and efficiently and much appreciated.

Cons:

I did not like tripping the electric breaker, but it is a safety step.
