La ubicación, atención del personal!
Colchón viejo, cansado, ya deberían de cambiarlo!! Habitación en 4to piso frente a la avenida, muchisimo ruido, ventilador del aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, el resto ok, por el precio y la ubicación
Mala atención del personal a la hora de solucionar un problema o consulta; mal estado de las instalaciones;
La ubicación del hotel es perfecta y el restaurante cuenta con una terraza con acceso a la avenida muy agradable
La habitación y especialmente el baño requieren una remodelación, se han quedado un poco antiguas
Elnpersonal es muy amable, tuvieron como cortesía permitirme entrar antes del horario de check in.
No tiene acceso para discapacidad, no hay rampla y yo estaba con un pie fracturado y muletas
Breakfast is subpar, expect the same dishes without minimal intention of variation each day

No nos hicieron el servicio de limpieza al día siguiente. Estuvimos 2 noches y no entraron a limpiar. Eso es inaceptable!

Habitaciones excesivamente ruidosas, su ubicación céntrica y ventanas sin protección de ruidos te complican el descanso. Notable falta de mantenimiento en sus instalaciones, aire acondicionado ruidoso, pérdidas de agua en el baño , impiden también un buen descanso . No tenía heladera en frigobar . Llaves de ingreso a la habitación con problemas , se desconfiguran permanentemente
