El restaurante de abajo muy rico.
Aunque no puede ser que un hotel no disponga de leche deslactosada.

Cons:

La habitación sin aire acondicionado. En una habitación que da a pleno sol toda la tarde. Entramos y hacia 28 grados y cuando quise el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba, solo ventilada. Una verguenza y super incómodo

La atención del restaurante excelente . La calidad muy regular

No, muy viejo sucio, el gimnasio todo roto , la bici fija con los ajuste con soldadura y además sin funcionar , la única máquina multifuncion rota tbn , sin bancos , en la habitación mucho olor feo. Cobran como Europa y no vale. Pague 3 noches 2.200.000 pesos

Pros:

Me trataron muy mal el personal, si bien no soy una persona con poder adquisitivo alto pero pude pagar todo y en uno solo pago y me hicieron sentir insignificante. Me dieron una habitación re linda pero al lado del lavadero no me dejaron dormir, ruidos muy molestos y cuando fui a reclamar porque mi vestimenta era distinta recién ahi el trato de ellos tam fue diferente.

La ducha del baño estaba rota , el aire hacia ruido , no funcionaba Internet ,lo compre con desayuno y en ningún momento me aclararon que no lo incluia y en Boocking esta poco claro . NO CONDICE LA RELACION VALOR SERVICIO PARA UN CADENA HOTELERA DE PRIMERA COMO AMERIAN, DEJA BASTANTE QUE DESEAR !!
