que no me cobraran lo que booking me habia informado, por escrito, sin ninguna explicacion aceptable.
En la habitacion habia una pava electrica, pero no agua o sobres de te o cafe.
El estacionamiento no estaba habilitado (es lo que me informaron en recepcion)
El servicio del bar, bien, las medialunas son MUY FEAS!!! Duras y secas. El frigobar no tiene AGUA!!! Lo principal sería unas botellitas de agua mineral, que tuve que comprar el la calle. Y no andaba la caja fuerte (Habitación 605).
Si, esos detalles: falta de agua mineral y que funcione la caja de seguridad. No hay mucha seguridad al entrar al Hotel desde la calle. El resto bien. (No hago críticas, solo enumero detalles)
El personal de recepción de la mañana y tardes (las mujeres) súper amables, cordiales y resolutivas. Brindándote soluciones concretas e eficientes.
La calefacción maravillosa para pasar días de invierno.
Faltan varias llave luz (toma corriente) cerca del velador y escritorio para poder cargar dispositivos.
Las ventanas son simples por lo que entra todo el ruido de la calle.
La ubicación y el desayuno. La amabilidad del personal es superlativa.
En el baño de nuestra habitación había olor a cloaca por momentos. El inodoro estaba flojo y eso creemos que lo ocasionaba.
