No me gustó q me cobraron el parqueo mi amiga fue hace casi 3 meses y me dijo q ese hotel el parqueo era gratis y esa fue una de las razones por las q elegimos ese hotel y page $52 me parece muy elevado el costo del parqueo
Las atenciones recibidas por el personal que labora en el Hotel.
No contaban con una tienda de conveniencia para evitar salir del Hotel por una compra menor.
At first it seemed really good because of my kids but then I notice mold, how dirty it really was , then at night the noise came you can hear everything which is whatever , but when I stayed here for three nights straight there was non stop stomping and banging from my upstairs neighbors, for hours , told the front desk they said they couldn’t do anything because the do not disturb sign was on the door so we had to endure this and got no feeling sleep the last few nights we were there, the General Manager said he would accommodate us by refunding the nights that we lost sleep because apparently we weren’t the only ones complaining about this major issue, the General manager lied , when I went the last night to complain about how awfully louder the upstairs neighbors got the general Manager wasn’t there , but the skinny short girl with the black long hair was so rude and told me that noise is normal at a hotel to get over it , I told her noise is normal you are right the cars outside people yelling in the streets and the workers being loud at 6 am is normal but loud stomping and banging continuously for hours at night from 11-7/8 am in the morning isn’t “Normal” and my family including my little ones not getting sleep over it isn’t normal she laughed at me and proceeded to be rude, if you are looking for something cheap and convenient this is the place , but this place isn’t as great as they make it seem.

Staff is friendly and the room is clean and the next day just put on the sign need cleaning and don’t need go to ask to the staff in the reception .
The service was incredible. They text you make sure everything is OK. The best thing was the breakfast. They did not cheap out on breakfast.

Celine at the front desk was kind enough to let me do an early check in. I had driven 8 hours to get to Southern California for a family member's graduation. I was extremely tired and needed to rest up. She went out of her way to make my stay comfortable. If she has a real asset to your hotel. Everything was very clean, and conveniently located. Thank you for all that you did when I was there.

The restrooms dont come with the entire bath set like shampoo, conditioner and body wash
