I loved my two-day stay here
Pros:

I loved my two-day stay here. I was able to drop off my bags at the front desk first thing in the morning because I arrived early to go to Disney. The breakfast was really good compared to breakfasts in the U.S. The park is very close by, and you can take the bus from the parking lot right out front. Overall, it was great—I’d go back a thousand times.

Cons:

Not just at the hotel, but in many places across the U.S., contactless credit card payments aren’t accepted. I had to put down a $100 deposit, but I didn’t have a physical credit card, let alone cash—who carries cash these days? I’m totally behind the times in that regard. I had to pay with a debit card, and as of today—13 days after the trip—the refund still hasn’t been processed. I’ve been waiting.

Pros:

Staff called me at.Disney when my credit card arrived to the hotel office so I could pick it up and return to.Disney. very helpful and accommodating! We loved pool and beds were super comfy!

Clean, comfy and easy to walk to Disney, 30 minutes to Huntington Beach

Cons:

The morning front desk girl was very short/borderline rude with any questions I had. She also told me on the phone that breakfast included sausage and bacon and when I arrived it was only potatoes. No bacon or sausage. The second day they had sausage available for breakfast. The waffles were delicious and they had bagels with cream cheese both days

Pros:

The only problem they had was they’re towels in their pillow stink. The pillow smelled like they were not washed and breakfast was horrible. You guys can do better with breakfast not the best but the ladies in the breakfast area were friendly and clean.
