Clean and cozy hotel, conveniently located in the heart of beautiful Kingston.
Cons:

My only comllaint about this location is the available parking spaces. There is not enough parking to accomodate a fully booked hotel.

The staff managed to squeeze me in a spot after I went for a few drives around town to find distant parking.

Pros:

Location was perfect - central to all the things we wanted to do and see. Staff was lovely. There was a hockey tournament at the same time as us and the all the staff did a great job keeping them happy & contained and not loud or bothersome to everyone else, while still keeping everything fun for everyone. the facilities were clean, bright, and well kept. thank you!

The noisiest most annoying hotel ever
Pros:

The fan that heats the room runs intermittently all night is amazingly loud and blows strong blasts of air on the bed. I got two hours of sleep. Avoid this hotel entirely.
