Great Night in Kingston ON.
Pros:

​Very accommodating staff! They sent a complimentary bottle of champagne to our room when they learned we were there to celebrate our anniversary. They also allowed us early check-in, signed me up for the rewards program, and saved us money on parking. Just a great time on the waterfront, and everything is within walking distance. Will definitely be back!

Cons:

Really nothing the staff went over the top to upgrade my room- a bottle of wine with a card came to my door and I thought that was a really nice touch
The room was beyond my expectations and the view was fantastic

We had a nice time regardless staff very nice and professional

our windows were dirty but nice view
hallway had many room service trays some the entire time we stayed bad impression for guests
dog next door very annoying non-stop low bark one of the nights nothing you could do just an FYI
Bar glass dirty leaves you with a bad impression of cleanliness

Pros:

They were so accommodating, helped us with parking, treated us so well, and were always respectful. I enjoyed the interactions with the staff and the room was perfect, right on the water view side like we asked.
