Cons:

only one staff at front desk when I checked out, especially I had to catch cruise but waiting in the queue. It's very anxious to wait and only one people took care of answering questions, check-in and check-out peak hour.

It just met my expectations, nothing extra
Pros:

Beautiful location right on the water

Cons:

The staff was not very accommodating when I asked for a slightly later check out. The room also had a card in it that offered special flavoured water tablets, which had been discontinued when we inquired about them.

Waterfront location
Pros:

Location is great, nice view. Spacios room. Strong wifi. Despite of all, I'd probably stay here again.

Cons:

Parking cost (got very crowded on Monday evening), pool needs some repair and clean up (pool really nice but lots of hair in the water, breakfast not included, needs some repairs), no 24h coffee station downstairs, low water pressure, reception staff not really welcoming.
