Not sure if I’d stay again. Cleaniness is top priority to me.
Pros:

Easy to get to. Appreciated shuttle to airport.

Cons:

Bathtub full of hair. Needed cleaning staff to come up and clean again. Completely out of shampoo.

Over wine and food in fridge opened and I was not happy about either

Everything was great. The shuttle bus to and from airport is such a plus. Having a restaurant on site is another plus. Always use this hotel when traveling.

Short and sweet!
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast- too early of a flight.
Dinner in the restaurant the night before our flight was great! Staff was AMAZING!

I worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, would definitely recommend this property!

Very disappointed.
Pros:

Location was fine.

Cons:

I resent having to pay for parking in their parking lot. When I booked the hotel in February, there was free parking. When we arrived, they informed us that in April, they started charging for parking. I feel $30 a night is obscene. We won’t recommend this hotel. Plus, hotel staff was rude.

I would stay at this Marriott location again
Pros:

I liked being able to use the shuttle to Logan and transfer to the silver line into South Station. We did a fair amount of walking.

Quiet, comfortable and good shuttle service to and from the various airport facilities.
Pros:

The shuttle service was very good and made the awkward location not a problem or an issue.
Being a short distance from the airport and not in line with the runways made it a quiet environment. We were totally unaware of any aircraft noise.

Cons:

Phoning for the shuttle required us to make an international call but that's the cost of international travel. We had been travelling for awhile and we had used all the international roaming credit on one phone and so had to revert to the use of the credit of the other phone. Thankfully we both had phones with the same amount of phone credit and we hadn't used the 2 phones equally. But that's probably not your problem.
