Surge pricing. They get what you (have to) pay for.

Convenient location from airport

Cons:

The surge pricing model next to the airport. Yes, as a large corporation a great way to scoop up profits given scarcity of hotels at nearly midnight with diverted flights of nearly 200 people, but paying up to 600 dollars for a room with facilities and interior from the late 80s to early 90s is exploitative.

空港に行けるエアポートシャトルがあるのと、快適で安心なホテルです。

For the price, I would expect better. They have good amenities but I’d expect basic cleanliness and working facilities.
