Honestly probably wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

Staff was super friendly - helped us out with how to get to TDGarden

Cons:

The bed was hard and pillows were small and hard … not a comfortable night sleep. Shower wasn’t good either… water went all over the floor ( it was a handicapped room)

The shower seemed old and the water didn't drain well. I was looking forward to a nice shower and instead had lower water pressure and a tub that was flooded the whole time.

If you arrive late and are using a rental car, pick it up in the morning to avoid $$$ parking fee

Charged $30 for parking in a lot similar to an ice rink. For $30 a night, plow and salt often. Hotel smelled musty. Coffee was weak.

Great place to stay before early morning flights!
Pros:

The onsite cafe was a definite plus - great bartender & a menu with a variety of dinner options. Food & service were superb! The airport shuttle is free & runs 24 hours. Small convenience store in lobby.

Staff unfriendly. She yelled at me when I told her the shuttle driver never stopped to pick up up & made us wait 30 minutes in the cold.

Don’t think I’d stay there again, mostly from not cleaning properly.
Pros:

Close to airport. Appreciated the bus pickup to and from airport..

Cons:

Hair in tub..A lot. Staff came to clean it but still missed a few. Also was completely out of shampoo.
