Pros:

Friendly reception staff. Helpful manager. Very nice, clean property. Comfortable rooms. Quiet and peaceful, even though it's tight in the heart of the city. Breakfast was okay (the bread was not that fresh, but I guess it was no deal breaker.

A 2 pas du café boulevard del rio et de la calle del sabor. J'avais une chambre avec balcon qui donnait sur la rue pietonne mais le bruit était largement supportable puisque l'hôtel ne se trouve pas là ou les gens dansent dans la rue donc c'était parfait.

Muchas gracias a todo el personal del hotel, que te hacen sentir como una familia desde que llegas. En especial al Sr. Alexander en la Recepción, por ser tan atento, su amabilidad y excelente servicio. En el Restaurante a los chef: Jose y Sebastian, por su exquisita comida, su carisma, amabilidad y buen servicio.
Gracias por tanto, Cali. Muy agradecido.

Hotel bien ubicado para estar cerca de los sitios turísticos.
Frente a la peatonal del boulevard del Río para salir a caminar y acceder a los sitios de interés.
El hotel es pequeño 6 pisos pero sus habitaciones son cómodas y las camas ricas para descansar
Recomendado si tu plan es turismo

Very nice hotel everything was clean no complaints would recommend, but at the time their AC were not working they provided a fan but they did ask if I still wanted to stay because the ac wasn't working before I got my room.

This place is a gem located in the middle of everything. The service and the food is top notch. The restaurant staff is incredibly polite and made sure we had a perfect stay. They make the best sancocho ever

Moyen service pas au niveau
Pros:

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles rattaché à radisson il est incompréhensible qu à la réception personne ne parle anglais! Chambre petite pour 4 personnes.
Matelas confortable.
Restaurant du midi moyen et cher
J ai oublié 2 polos dans la chambres et un cadeau dans la salle de bain et 5 heures après, j ai recontacte la réception pour les mettre de côté vu que nous y revenons à Cali dans quelques jours.
Au final l hôtel n est pas fiable voir voleur car pour eux ils n ont rien retrouvé .
