Terrible and unsafe
Pros:

Nothing is was dirty and run down

Cons:

Everything. My door didn’t lock on the deadbolt bolt only the small half broken chain lock that was falling off when I finally got into my room and the lobby was closed with no phone support either. I could not actually sleep there due to the full time residents in the room over making uncomfortable looks through the window like they were waiting for something. Super nervous as it’s 2am and I as a single traveler. Called the emergency line for the hotel it’s AI with no help. Called the lobby can’t call it. Ringed the door bell no response and still no help. The whole in my bathroom door and everything else just being dingy was bad as well but the door was my biggest issue.

Excelente Custo/Benefico, atendimento agradável.
Pros:

Excelente localização para quem deseja estar proximo do Aeroporto , Boa infraestrutura de apoio na vizinhança.

Cons:

horario de atendimento da recepção poderia ser maior . Inviável para casos de check-in/ check-out fora do horario estabelecido (09h-23hrs).

Poor and disgusting.
Pros:

Absolutely not, I wasn’t good my stay over there, the amenities were poor and the bathroom was completely disgusting. I did not like sleeping in that room .

Cons:

The cleaning and the room hygiene , the staff was really poor and there was only worker at the hotel front desk .

Pros:

Curachas everywhere, stained sheets, I literally went to bed and there was a piece of poop on the bed, my stay was for 3 days and I could only stay one because it was unpleasant, I asked for my refund money and they apologize that everything was in perfect condition when it is not like that the reception were sorry and said they were going to answer now they tell me no, a complete SCAM, I have more photos that they don't let me publish of the place

Pros:

All was very clean except for the floor which was gritty and not mopped. Oddly enough - and very annoying - was the absence of a closet or something in which to hang clothes! I asked the friendly staff and manager twice for a closet, was assured one would be provided when I was available to allow access, but one never showed in my 10 day booking. Grrrr!

Wrong room, keys didnt work twice, unable to get ahold of someone in a timely manner, spiders in the shower,bed didnt have a fitted sheet just a flat sheet and there was mold under sheet

Amazing staff. They leave you alone unless you ask them to come by. Make sure to tip your cleaning people.

Bed was ok and room was clean but not restful!
Pros:

My son stayed there. He had lots of trouble getting the tv to work and went to the desk several times for help.
He also got stuck in the bathroom and had to spend some time getting the knob to work. He said it looked like the previous renter had trouble too since there was paper in the doorway to keep it from locking . He requested a refund and they said I should message Booking about it. I have done so.

Pros:

Quiet place lots of stuff around the hotel

Cons:

It had cockroaches, floors were dirty, pillow cases were stained, shower paint was peeling, the drain to the shower had garbage in it, the pool was drained for the summer and they did not disclose that at all but still list it as an amenity.
