The rooms were wonderfully decorated and kept clean when they periodically checked on the guests. They were accommodating to the group and kept our event discrete. The food in the morning was amazing and the variety was very accommodating to every dietary need.
This is the WORST Hilton I have ever stayed in; unfortunately for 3 nights. This is an 18 story hotel with 3 of 5 elevators Broken.
Long wait lines of 15 to 30+ minutes.
The sink in our room did not drain but it was finally repaired right before we left with extremely stinky smell.
Ice was only available on some floors but not on 5th floor where we stayed.
I won't even start how awful the breakfast was. We were told that if we accepted the buffet we could order custom eggs, omelets etc so we agreed to the $25 charge each.
There was no one to order anything from. Needless to say, we refused to eat there again. The only good review is that staff were friendly and apologetic.

The location was good although the grounds were torn up due to a necessary upgrade in water lines. The atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful the rooms were clean and well maintained. I believe the value for my money was very good. The entire Hotel was very clean and every staff member I came in contact with, was wonderful very helpful very professional and very personable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to family and friends. The food was also very good in the banquet area and in the restaurant area.

Nice hotel but the elevators were broken for most of our stay. Only one working elevator for an 18 floor hotel is unacceptable.
I went to the Hilton Richardson for a 4 day conference. The staff and facilities were excellent, as were the rooms.
The convention part was amazing, the hotel staff was patient and friendly. The hotel building itself was a nightmare.
Where to start: we had a 2 bed queen room on the 12th floor facing the east.
Bathroom area: you need to step in and to the side of the toilet to shut the door if you are slightly bigger than a child. There was plenty of room to put a hidden door at the entrance of the bathroom. The closet was hidden behind a wall so it was hard to hang clothes in there and no way of storing suitcases at all. If you are planning on staying more than a night forget about putting clothes in a drawer. There is only one drawer and then there is the one nightstand drawer. If you want to secure your stuff it is on the bottom of the mini fridge/ drawer stand next to the floor. No you cannot put stuff on top either because of the wall. The hair dry did not work at all. There was one peg to hang my towel on but I guess if you have more than one guest they are can hang it in the tub area. The run cord was above the rack in the tub area so unless you have small hands or tall, good luck getting it out. And I saw a bug that could have been a bed bug on the door. I am taking precautions with my stuff I brought home.
Bedroom area.
Two beds and one bed is so close to the wall you cannot really walk next to it. There no place to store your belongs except in your suite case and maybe under the table.
The curtains:
Who makes it so the curtains close so that the curtain when you open is at head of the bed so when the sun comes up the sunlight is in your eyes? Love staying up late just to have sunlight in my eyes at 6:30 am aka sunrise.
The design looked like a child put the pieces together with random pieces or did not have any experience designing small spaces.
The chair was too low to the ground. Even for a 5”1’ person, I had a hard time getting out of it.
Staff was great but would have like more toilet paper when I asked for instead of 6 wash-clothes.

The restaurant and bar service staff were amazing!! Chris and Salina were very polite and very efficient.
We had a wonderful experience hosting our event at Hilton Richardson. A big part of the success was thanks to Marisa from the sales team. She was professional, attentive, and always available whenever we needed assistance. From the planning stage to the day of the event, everything went smoothly because of her dedication and support.
The hotel staff was welcoming and organized, and the overall atmosphere made our guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. We truly appreciate the excellent service and look forward to hosting more events here in the future.

As a producer with over 30 years of experience creating large-scale events, I do not give praise lightly and I can say without hesitation, after hosting our event for 3 years here, Marcia at the Hilton Richardson is the best hotel contact I have ever worked with.
From the very beginning, Marcia has been extraordinary. She manages our complex and detailed room lists with absolute precision. She works through BEOs with care and accuracy. She communicates clearly, promptly, and proactively. When questions arise, she follows up. When fixes are needed, we fix it. When adjustments are needed, she handles them efficiently. She brings professionalism, warmth, and steadiness to every interaction.
Our event is not simple. It involves multiple spaces, layered logistics, hundreds of attendees, and many moving pieces. I truly could not do this work at the level we do without Marcia’s partnership. She is organized, thoughtful, and deeply invested in making sure both our production team and our attendees are supported.
Beyond the operational excellence, the Hilton Richardson itself has become a true home for our community. The staff is welcoming. The property is well-maintained. This hotel is located in a great location- close to everything and very convenient. We travel to this location quite frequently, and will continue to do so because of the unmatched hospitality that myself and my fiancée receives. The customer service always stands out, from the front to the kitchen. Everyone makes you feel like you're at home, like you're family. I would like to highlight Kenia from the restaurant, she's always attentive, friendly and goes above and beyond. It's clear that she takes pride in her work. This is just how good the staff are at this hotel... We never walk away feeling less than. Thank you to all that are involved in making sure that we are seen.
