People and good was good but I never slept!
Pros:

The food was really good!

Cons:

I did not feel safe. The phone didn’t wk. there were maintenance supplies left in the room, the nightstand fell off the wall. The headboard was all torn up. For this kind of money I expected a lot more. They said there was nothing they could do because they were sold out.

Cons:

The front desk customer service wasn't good. In particular one female had a terrible attitude. Ruined my experience! Would I stay there again?...nah, I can stay elsewhere in the area.

Dit hotel is geen 4 sterren waard.

Locatie, zwembad

Cons:

We waren met 5 personen waarvan kleine 3 kinderen. Vooraf 2x om baby bed gevraagd en daar geen reactie op gehad en stond ook niet klaar. Maar erger: we kwamen om 22h aan na een lange vlucht en zelfs de bed bank was niet opgemaakt, en nog erger, ik kreeg een stapel lakens en mocht het zelf gaan doen. Bedbankmatras was van zo slechte kwaliteit dat zelfs de kleine kinderen het voelden zonder dat ik er iets van zei. Vieze vlekken in bed bank en andere stoel op de kamer was kapot.

Geen leuke sfeer onder personeel en alles is vrij oud. Foto’s van het zwembad zijn duidelijk met een groothoeklens gemaakt want het is een klein badje.

My stay was exceptional

It was close to the airport. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The happy hour drinks were great.

The bed post had peeling paint which was undesirable looking.

Fine, but expensive and no soap in the room is not very good service.
Pros:

That I could sleep after two cancelled flights.

Cons:

There was NO soap in my room. The front desk had no toothbrushes available and I missed breakfast (my fault) because sleep was needed more.
