Not for me. Too noisy to sleep.
Pros:

Proximity. Communal area seemed nice. Employees were nice.

Cons:

It’s an old building with some updates. I stayed two nights, both without sleep because the walls are thin. One neighbor played the TV all night. I could hear every word said in the hallway and neighboring rooms. Room doors slam shut and what sounded like loud muffler drag racing g outside all hours one night. It should have been a dead give away when I saw complimentary earplugs were provided on the nightstand.

Cons:

The second night of our stay whomever was across the hall from us was up all night slamming their door and talking sooo loud. I didn’t sleep at all and I was recovering from a medical procedure. I did inform the front desk upon checkout
