Ok but wouldn’t stay there again
Cons:

A staff member knocked on my door at 8 am on Sunday asking if I was checking out that day and would I be out in 10 mins , this really upset me and my wife , I felt that they were trying to get rid of us. Also there were other guests in the hall until 1 am talking in the corridor

HOUSE KEEPING SLAMMING DOORS AT 7am I REQUESTED IN MY NOTES TO BE PLACED AWAY FROM ELEVATOR AND WAS PLACED IN A ROOM RIGHT NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR. NOT ONLY WAS THAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE BUT NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY $22 a night FOR PARKING?!?!! WHAT??!!! And no warning about it. I have stayed in SO MANY HOTELS THATS EXCESSIVE!

Cons:

se le bajo la bateria a la caja fuerte con mis pasaportes adentro y el administrador le dijo al encargado que la rompa y la malogro ( no tenian un buen protocolo ya que existia una llave maestra con la que se podria haber abierto la caja y evitar las 3 horas que se demoraron en abrirla), por lo que perdi mi vuelo. Sin embargo, la Gerenta nos reubico en otro vuelo por la tarde y nos dio ayuda en todo lo posible cubriendo todos los gastos generados por el inconveniente

Llegué 10.30pm, el bar cerraba a las 11 y el bar tender se retiró a las 10.30 y me dijo que estaba ocupado

Los Baños del primer piso estaba. asquerosos (tengo fotos ), no es responsabilidad del hotel las cochinadas de los huéspedes pero el
Baño estuvo así por horas!!! Y eso si fue responsabilidad del hotel
Nos cobraron la
Habitación dos veces y registraron a mi pareja en otra habitación
