Pros:

住宿地點距離台北車站、捷運北門站、寧夏夜市都很方便，走路10幾分鐘內都可到達，住宿樓層很安靜，房間空間還算舒適，房間乾淨，公共空間只有一樓櫃台服務跟大廳，樓上是住宿房間，整體環境單純。

Cons:

因為附近較少早餐店，飯店本身住宿沒有附設餐廳供應早餐，算是小小不方便。
