Eine Woche Entspannen - perfekt!
Pros:

Tolle Anlage, schönes Design, tolles Essen! Und vor allem unfassbar nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Die Zimmer im haupthaus waren leider etwas hellhörig.

Einfach super! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Vor allem das freundliche Personal, aber auch das extrem leckere Essen haben überzeugt. Die Lage am Strand war perfekt. Einfach toll!

Cons:

Einzig der extrem starke Raumduft im Fitnessraum hat uns nicht gefallen und die Fitnessgeräte könnten mal wieder erneuert werden. Das ist natürlich Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Sehr schöne Anlage, wenn man was kleines gemütliches sucht.
Pros:

Es war sehr ruhig und entspannt dort. Man hat immer direkt Hilfe bekommen, wenn man sie benötigt hat. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es gab kein klares Zeitfenster wann die Zimmer Reinigung stattfindet. Man wusste nie, wann das Personal vom house keeping kommt.

Pros:

Wunderschöne Anlage, sehr grün und gepflegt!
Das tägliche Sportangebot war top und das Training mit den Coaches hat sehr viel Spass gemacht.
Das Essen war sensationell, vielfältig und sehr schön präsentiert.
Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend!
Die Liegestühle sind in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Strandbar ist sehr gemütlich!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer fiel etwas klein aus. Für 4 Nächte war dies in Ordnung.

Very nice hotel with amazing staff and friendly people!
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally nice and friendly!
Everything was very clean.
The buffet was great and offered just the perfect variety of food for every taste.
The beach and the seas was great!

Cons:

We missed some green areas

The surrounding is not very charming, the next bigger city is Heraklion which is good for shopping but is lacking some typical greek charme

Pros:

הצוות היה אדיב, כולם היו נחמדים ושירותיים מאוד. דאגו ללוות אותנו עד החדר, כשהיה גשם חיכו לנו עם מטריה כדי לקחת אותנו כדי שלא נרטב, כשלא היה מקום בחדר אוכל נתנו לנו לחכות בביץ׳ בר של המלון והביאו לנו משקה על חשבונם כפיצוי על ההמתנה.
החדר היה יחסית מרווח ונקי, המרפסת כיפית, המיטות שיזוף היו נוחות מאוד.
המלון יפייפה וגדול והאוכל היה מעולה.

Fabulous
Pros:

We only booked this room as wi had a late flight so wanted to be able to shower etc before leaving for the airport. We had a swim up double for our 10 night stay

Pros:

Sehr modernes Hotel, toller Strand und Pools. Sehr bequeme Liegen :)

Cons:

Wir hatten das azimmer zur Strasse hin, welche relativ gut befahren ist. War teilweise etwas laut beim Schlafen mit offenem Fenster.

Pros:

Stunning, right on the beach beautiful pools, too much to list.

Cons:

The same problem as always, people putting towel and a few belongings on the beach sunbeds early morning and then not coming back until mid morning or later. The hotel says this is not allowed but they do not enforce it.

Wir waren jetzt zum 3. Mal dort und kommen auch ein 4. Mal wieder!
Der Service ist herzlich und einem 5 ⭐️ Hotel würdig. Pool und Beach Area sind für uns ein Traum. Das Frühstück in dem kleineren Restaurant (es gibt fürs Frühstück 2 und wir bevorzugen das, mit der „gesünderen“ Auswahl), mit Blick aufs Meer, ist für uns jeden Tag ein Highlight, an das wir auch Zuhause das ganze Jahr über denken müssen. Beim Abendessen gibt es immer etwas! Auch für Veganer und Vegetarier (ich esse kein Fleisch) ist immer reichlich Auswahl vorhanden, aber auch Fleisch und Fisch (mein Freund isst alles) ist immer super! Wir gehen mittlerweile nicht mehr außerhalb essen, weil uns das Hotelessen so gut gefällt. Hier kann man alles in allem wirklich richtig runterkommen und entspannen!
Die vielen Kätzchen brechen uns bei der Abreise jedes Mal das Herz 🥲 Aber sorgen zusätzlich dafür, dass wir immer wieder kommen wollen und werden. Sie werden auch vom Hotel versorgt und nicht verjagt…sowas sagt immer viel über die Herzlichkeit aus! 😌
Auf Zimmerwünsche wird immer eingegangen. Nicht nur, wenn man zum 3. Mal kommt. Unsere Zimmernachbarn waren das 1. Mal dort und auch auf deren Wunsch nach einem anderen Zimmer wurde eingegangen.
Der Service in den Restaurants und der Beachbar und auch vom Reinigungspersonal ist immer super freundlich und sie tun alles, um einem den Aufenthalt so unvergesslich zu machen, wie es nur geht. Für uns ist es mittlerweile wie „nach Hause kommen“ 🥰❤️ Und wir freuen uns jetzt schon (sind gestern erst abgereist) auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt 😌🫶🏻

Cons:

Maximal vielleicht, manch Möchtegern Influencer. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts! Es ist nunmal ein sehr stylisches Hotel!

Pyszne śniadania

Cons:

Powierzchnia pokoju jest niewiele większa, niż rozmiar łóżka king-size w środku. Ciasno i mało komfortowo. Balkon ma micro wymiary i mieści jedynie dwa stojące tam i wypełniające całą jego powierzchnię - krzesła i stolik...
W restauracji vege posadzono nas przy stoliku, na którym hordy mrówek właśnie zabierały się za wynoszenie telarzy i sztućców do mrowiska. Obsługa poproszona przez nas o zmianę stolika nie potrafiła ukryć swojego poirytowania i zdumienia taką koniecznością (vide: "gość: panie kelnerze: w mojej zupie jest mucha, kelner ze spokojem: prosze sie nie martwić, ona dużo nie zje").... Stwierdziliśmy, że to pierwszy i ostatni raz, gdy tam jedliśmy. Obsługa restauracji serwującej śniadania jest dokłądnym przeciwieństwem obsługi lokalu vege - ujmująco miła, uprzejma i uczynna.

Parfait.
Pros:

Deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel, et tout était parfait encore.
Tout est propre, le personne adorable, la nourriture très bonne.

Cons:

J’ai tout adoré.
Si je devais dire la seule amélioration à effectuer : ajouter le matcha latte à la carte du restaurant de la plage :)

Very restful,weather perfect. Staff excellent and happy
Pros:

We loved the space and did not feel too close to others. The staff were excellent. The bar was excellent for service and varied entertainment

Cons:

We were allocated room 8002 to begin with. Our view of the people eating so close felt intrusive in the evening. The outside beds were small and unable to move into the shade due to the size of the terrace.
Second room 5003 appeared bigger, but there is less storage and most of our clothes were placed on the excessive furniture which cluttered the room. Tables and a small sofa which seemed unnecessary .

We are not buffet people but knew that before we booked, so cannot criticise it.
