We had a wonderful stay at Paralos Lifestyle in Crete. The beach area was beautiful, with high-quality sun loungers that were extremely comfortable for relaxing and enjoying the sea.
The hotel grounds and pools were very well maintained, and the food was outstanding — fresh, delicious, and varied every day. Breakfast was served in two different restaurants, both excellent. In the evening live music created a great atmosphere.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even taking photos for us, and our room was always spotless. I would happily return to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete.
One small thing to note is that drinks at dinner, including water, are charged separately, while breakfast includes beverages.
Wir haben ohne zu fragen bei der Ankunft ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommen und ein Late Check Out war auch kein Problem. Das Essen und der Service war sehr gut, die Lage und das Ambiente traumhaft.

The Waiting staff in the bar and restaurants were all very friendly and very professional.
We’ve booked a superior room… and having stayed at the hotel before found the superior room was not as good…. It was a very strange shape….. the bathroom was tiny…. and rather than the pool view I booked it overlooked the doors of a Neighbour block….
We did complain and we did get changed to another room the following day as quickly as the staff could do it…so the problem was sorted… the 2nd room was much better…. However, that room was a standard room and not the superior room so I do feel that I’ve overpaid for this…

Beau complexe mêlant plusieurs piscines et un accès direct à la plage, le tout entretenu et rendu encore plus agréable par le personnel de l'hôtel extrêmement serviables et souriants. Les chambres sont superbes et d'une grande propreté, de même pour toutes les installations de l'hôtel. Les buffets proposent des plats variés pour tous les goûts, ainsi que le beach/pool bar, parfait pour ne pas avoir à sortir de l'hôtel.
Quelques transats supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus à certaines piscines puisque les gens les réservent toute la journée avec leurs serviettes sans y être... La nourriture est globalement très salée ou très sucrée, parfois un peu industrielle. L'hôtel est très calme mais le soir jusqu'à 23 heures on entend un autre hôtel à côté qui a un cinéma en plein air avec le son très fort.

Postoje dva restorana za dorucak,a jedan je na samoj plazi.Hrana im je preukusna i odlicno spremljena.Dobili smo i jednu veceru gratis a la card u tom restoranu na plazi, prelep ambijent
Ispred hotela ima stanica za bus,kojim direktno stizete do centra Herakliona,ili aerodroma
Kreveti nisu bas udobni.
Takodje mi smo uzeli wet room jer nije bilo slobodnih sa bazenom,ali mnogo su bolje sa bazenom

I appreciated that the hotel consists of several buildings housing the guest rooms, which contributes to a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere. The staff are very attentive and efficient. What I enjoyed most was the peace and quiet. Even at the bar, the music was kept at a comfortable volume, allowing guests to relax and converse easily. I also appreciated that the resort offers fitness equipment, a ping-pong table, and a dartboard, providing guests with additional recreational options.
I can't think of anything I particularly disliked. The entire stay exceeded my expectations, and the staff we interacted with were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help.
