Odličan hotel za boravak u Eindhovenu
Pros:

Odlična lokacija hotela i izvrstan doručak. Soba je vrlo prostrana, čista i uredna, s puno prirodnog svjetla.
Osoblje je bilo iznimno ljubazno te su nam dopustili da ostavimo prtljagu na čuvanju, budući da smo došli dosta ranije u odnosu na vrijeme check-ina.

Cons:

Jedina stvar koju bih mogao spomenuti su prilično tvrdi, odnosno visoki jastuci. Nisam navikao na tako nešto, ali zaista nije ništa što bi nam pokvarilo cjelokupni odličan dojam hotela.

They told me i booked the breakfast which i wasn’t sure that i booked and then in the end i had to pay it extra so that was the only negative surprise, but also was my mistake that i didn’t check

Loin du "luxe" promis
Pros:

L'hotel est très bien situé, à 2 pas de l'université et très proche du centre ville.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas très propres. Le ménage est aléatoire (exple: couverture du lit laissé posé en vrac sur un fauteuil, de la poussière sur les meubles, des traces non identifiée sur le montant des portes, les draps ne sont pas changés, etc). A l'arrivée une télé qui ne fonctionne pas et un minibar qui ne se ferme pas. Les chambres sont grandes mais vides (il manquait surement une table basse pour combler). et la moquette donne un air très vieux. On est très loin d'un ressenti "cosy".
En outre, on profite très facilement des conversation des voisins grâce à une isolation phonique inexistante.
Prévoyez 25€/j en plus pour le parking... ce qui ammène le tarif d'une chambre "Junior" revient à plus de 230€/j pour des prestations au final très décevantes.
Vous trouverez facilement mieux et moins cher !!

The beds were ok, the hotel is close to the station, the swimming pool is ok, though there is no sauna.

Lack of basic facilities, poor hygiene and unprofessional staff, not worth the 210 euro per night.

1. A nasty issue occurred during my stay that was not solved professionally.
Basic facilities were lacking - both the soap and shampoo dispenser were empty, which I only discovered when in the shower, with my long hair soaking wet. The only other soap dispenser was fixed to the wall and out of reach, so I had no other choice than to step out and wait -with wet hair- for the staff to resolve the issue, which took about 30 minutes.

2. The experience was highly unpleasant, the hotel failed to provide a basic facility. The response of the staff was unprofessional: it took long, and I got no serious apologies or reasonable compensation.

3. Further, there was mould in the bathroom and above the window, which is unacceptable fromt the hygiene perspective.
