Centrally located but overpriced
Pros:

Centrally located in downtown Winnipeg. The hotel is connected to the Skywalk system and you can easily access e.g. Canada Life arena without taking overcoats with you. Extremely friendly front desk staff. The house keeping does excellent job. Beneath the hotel is a huge parking garage but it is recommended to take all the belongings out of the car. The parking garage at least in mid-April as very dusty. In one night the car was covered in dust. Good sleeping quality. No buffet breakfast but the breakfast selection is good. The morning shift waitress (younger lady with a pony tail and husky voice) could have been little bit more customer oriented, now left a feeling that was not that interested about her job nor the customer.

A good downtown option
Pros:

Stayed one night in this dwntown hotel. My room was clean, reasonably modern, and comfortable. As a light sleeper, there was noticable street noise even though given a 'quiet room'. Reception was good and efficient. Wifi was good. There are several restaurants in the vicinity.

One of my “go to” hotels in Winnipeg
Pros:

This delta is one of a handful of hotels that I would stay at while in Winnipeg. Convenient central location, easy underground parking are pluses. With lots of good dining options nearby i typically don’t eat here.

A special shout out to Irene (I believe that was her name) that was incredible at check in. Extremely fast efficient and friendly, she was able to upgrade me based on my Marriott status - much appreciated!!

Adequate but not up to Marriott standards.
Pros:

There was a nice big balcony, but furniture to sit on would have been nice. It was a warm weekend. The room was a little cramped but adequate for 2 people.

Cons:

Adequate, but seemed a little outdated. The carpet in the elevators was stained and dirty going to the car park underground. For the price I expected better decorating. I didn't like that the duvet didn't have a cover but was just 2 loose sheets. ICK. No electrical outlet by the bedsides was a bummer. We both use CPAPs and have phones...
