Pros:

Awesome staff, clean facility.

Cons:

Wish outside pool hours were open later for adults. And level 3 offered fans in the poolside rooms as there’s no ac and the rooms get hot at night

Great Location
Pros:

Two night stay with friends during a road trip to Winnipeg. Location was great as it was central to most activities on our list. The hotel is older but generally still in good condition. Carpets are nearing end of life, but most other guestroom items felt somewhat updated and functional. We really liked the heated floors in our bathroom and the balcony!! We didn't have the opportunity to eat on property, but cold brew from the coffee shop in the lobby was good. This isn't the most luxurious or newest property, but it was a solid stay and we would return if coming back to Winnipeg.

Poor housekeeping
Pros:

An average hotel - nothing special- with a worse than average experience with respect to housekeeping. Rooms often not cleaned in a timely manner and often had to request basic room cleaning services. Borderline pathetic

Best hotel in Winnipeg-best staff
Pros:

The Delta Hotel is the perfect example of Winnipeg class. The lobby, restaurant, and rooms are clean. Fresh lemon water is available to guest, valet service is efficient and polite. The concierge was extremely helpful in finding the best breakfast and ice cream in town. The morning I left I went to the restaurant for a take away coffee and the manager bought it for me! She was beyond professional and courteous. Thank you Delta. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Below par!
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for four nights (April 20-24), being there for a major national conference during that week.
The interior of the hotel (overall), the lay-out of the room, and the lay-out of the conference areas were all fine.
The service and the staff were unspectacular, but passable.
However, there were five points that made my stay disappointing, to say the least -
(1) Despite being assured at check-out that there would be absolutely no charge to me for anything, I subsequently saw a totally unexplained (and unexplainable) charge on my Credit Card from this hotel... and, this obviously happened with absolutely no sort of information (re: this charge) being provided to me by the hotel, and with absolutely no kind of receipt (re: this charge) being provided to me by the hotel, either!
(2) The WiFi connectivity in the room was awful... bizarrely, soon after checking in - I had to call Marriott IT Support for my laptop to be able to access the internet in my room, and then (after connectivity was achieved), the connectivity was slow or spotty or non-existent in the room for the remainder of my stay there!
(3) The time for requested amenities (example - a dental kit) to be provided to my room was extremely long, with hours between my phone call and the amenity being actually provided.
(4) A message about gratuities (on a card that had a QR Code for gratuities to be sent through) was left on my bed by the housekeeping staff during the very first day of my stay... and, I thought that this was rather presumptive/arrogant!
(5) Perhaps, all of the above could have been pardoned/forgotten IF I had received a reply to my email (about the above), which (soon after my stay) I sent to the email address that's listed on this hotel's Facebook page... but, alas, I have not been granted the courtesy of any kind of response by the hotel to my email (despite many days having now passed since I sent that email)!
So, all things considered - I'd rather never stay in this hotel, again.
