Will probably not be back.
Pros:

The location is great and the beds were good as was the shower.

Cons:

Felt that desk staff could have been more accommodating. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags but they did not offer to call when the room was ready. We came back a second time close to 4 p.m. and the room was still not ready but they said we were on the 5th floor with a good view. When we came back at 9 p.m. they put us on the third floor not the 5th floor. The second night our keys would not work so we had to go down to the desk again at 9 p.m. to fix that issue. Very disappointing for a Holiday Inn

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, included a microwave which was very useful.

Le service beaucoup de chambres grand parking restaurant tout étais parfais

Une chose que j ai moin aimer le prix du stationnement très élever et dehors en plus,j ai fais d autres hôtel,pas cher comme cela.

It was very enjoyable to stay

The staff was friendly, breakfast correct and the view of the marina was absolutely beautiful also the late check out

Pros:

Exceptional location, clean, pleasant staff, good restaurant on site, great pool for the kids.

There was no ventilation in the toilet, which was challenging with 4 people.

It was bad experience. I will not book this place ever again.
Pros:

Room was ok, but they did not give us the room we have booked as it was in the picture . It was completely different area and the other side of the building. They did not put proper toiletries . Not even proper water bottles as required for 3 people .

Cons:

They should have put some extra stuff in the fridge which was empty. They should have double checked the toiletries before allotting it to us. They should have answered our call right away and fulfilled the request we made at that time.

Cons:

I made my reservation through BOOKING.COM and Front desk refused to give me an official email since this was paid to Booking.com. However, booking.com's webside says ONLY HOTEL can release the official invoice. I am being bounced between these two entities and they pass the task to each other. Unfortunately I need official receipt for my EXPENSE report to Company.
