Pros:

Breakfast getting from outside since no choice to addition. Parking on road side since one or two cars can be parked within property. Rooms are too small. Bathroom fittings/doors are very old.Most of the staff can't understand kannada .

Rude staff, unclean and filthy rooms, incompetent manager

NEVER Booking a Treebo property again. This was the first and last time.
We didn’t even spend 1/3rd of our booked stay there and just checked out immediately. Horrendous!
Rude and incompetent staff, dirty and unclean rooms, shower tap not working.
On asking them to fix it they banged the tap and said if you keep banging it’ll work.
I had booked a deluxe room and it was advertised on booking.com that there will be a sofa, balcony, refrigerator in addition to the other amenities. None of these were there.
They didn’t even have the courtesy to inform me that the room I paid for isn’t available so they’re downgrading. If we hadn’t asked they would have just charged me for the higher room (which they anyway did) and let it be.
I don’t know how this establishment is even running.

I had breakfast on one of the days of my stay. I was given a choice among many things, and my order was brought to my room warm and fresh.

Cons:

At the time of booking, I was told I could pay at the property, but I kept getting harassed to make an advance payment. I tried contacting the hotel and none of the numbers worked. The property did not respond to any of my messages despite constantly sending me automated messages multiple times a day. When I finally arrived at the property at the time I mentioned, I was told that my booking had been cancelled. Luckily they had another room for a couple of days and made me pay 2500 rupees a night, which was slightly more than what I had booked the property for on Booking.com. The third night of my stay, I had to find a different place because they had no room.

The duvet/quilt was FILTHY and the rest of the bedding looked dull also!! The rest of the room was minimalistic enough to not have any stark problems.
