Excellent hotel, great staff & location
Pros:

Excellent hotel in a great location in the heart of Amsterdam city. So my things like museums, restaurants and other landmarks were a 7-10 min walk from the hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Food and drinks at Celia were delicious. Took a canal tour via the hotel boat and it was v fun and informative. A great hotel and one I would without hesitation stay at again,

A perfect stay- amazing staff
Pros:

This was an excellent choice for a long weekend. Literally five minutes from the central station and about the same to Dam Square. Hotel spotlessly clean and good air conditioning.
The Super Lyan bar has brilliant cocktails and friendly staff and we enjoyed the excellent breakfast too- smoked salmon and yoghurt in particular were very high quality.
But particular thanks to the superb front desk staff who were all friendly and knowledgeable especially Betina and Rafaella who sorted out a later checkout time when Eurostar cancelled my train . Always smiling and happy to help - and it felt that every single member of staff we encountered wanted us to enjoy our stay as much as possible. A true gem and I will be back soon

מלון מפנק, יש happy hour עם יין ושתיה קלה חופשי. כל יום 16-17. מקלחת מרווחת, מוצרים איכותיים. מגבות מפנקות.
מיקום נוח- קרוב לתחנה המרכזית.

Cons:

קצת קטנוני אבל ביקשנו תה שונה והפנו אותנו ל room service.
תאורה לא מספקת לאיפור.

Nettes Personal, gute Lage und super tierfreundlich
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und hat eine gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Am meisten hat uns gefreut, wie tierfreundlich das Personal war. Unser kleiner Dackel wurde herzlich begrüßt und hat auf unserem Zimmer eine kleine Ausstattung bekommen, was total aufmerksam war ! :)
Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne hier wieder hin !

Excellent hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

We stayed here for 5 nights in February and had a great time. The checkin was very good, the lady on reception was helpful and there were nice touches for the children. All staff were polite and helpful. The hotel decor was to our taste and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent for what we required, situated between Dam square and the train station on a road that ran parallel to Damrak. None of the activities or attractions we visited were more than 30 minutes walk away and if not keen on walking you could use the team.

Excellent premium hotel in Amsterdam
Pros:

Excellent premium hotel with polite and friendly staff. Central location to explore Amsterdam by foot and near boat tours. Dogs are kings here with many free gifts. We had room no. 550 : Queen Essential Room with a terrace. The Terrace added so much to the experience so highly recommended to book that.

Pros:
- Central location for Amsterdam near central station with many restaurants and shops nearby.
- Staff is so polite and helpful. Special Shout out to Rafaella, Fabio & the concierge team.
- Room had a comfortable bed with great terrace and all the comforts. It was like a mini apartment dare I say.
- They surprised us with a prosecco to celebrate our anniversary in the room.
- Pets stay for free. My dog got bed, bowls and a gift set with spray and treats.
- We said the “Kimpton Social Password” at check-in, so they gave us the wheel to spin. We won a mug with chocolates.
- Social hour is great. We met several travelers and exchanged chats.
- Celia restaurant is truly great with polite & fast service.
- Concierge booked us Italian restaurant “Savini” & it was spectacular.

Cons:

- Nothing major to mention but I had to call twice between 11 AM & 5 PM for the room to be refreshed. Eventually it was done but a bit late in the day.
- No Water Kettle in the room.
- Maybe if they would consider adding a pool facility in the future. It would be a great feature.

If back in Amsterdam, I will definately come back here with a pleasure. Its just a great premium hotel with all the comforts.

Excellent location so close to the central station and tram routes making getting around very easy

Our room could have been improved by better lighting and two small comfy chairs other than just one desk style hard chair
