Cleanliness of the room.

Clean hotel and great amenities. The pool was fun for the kids! Location is very convenient and many places were accessible by walking. We went to Ventana Grill and our waitress Tanya was amazing!! She was the highlight of our stay.

This hotel is a favorite of mine. The location, service & and wonderful staff are unbeatable. I would like to thank Tommy at the Front Desk for acting so quickly to get me into a new room due to an unforseen change in my travel plans. Well done!

Nike and Simon took AMAZING care of us for our stay. Fitting us in on a last minute booking, and being a breath of fresh air in the hospitality business. Will definitely be back again!

​I had an incredible stay at the DoubleTree. The front desk team was outstanding, with a special shoutout to Ms. Nike for her warm and polite hospitality. The delicious complimentary cookies were a great touch! The property is safe, clean, and ideally located close to local shops and essentials. I look forward to staying here again for both leisure and work.

The receptionist was very helpful and full of positive energy. That was all we needed coming from a long trip from the Bay. Shout out to “Nike” for making us feel at home and welcomed. Thumbs up!!!

Our overall experience was ok, but not what we expected from a Marriott hotel. The biggest thing for us was the outdated rooms as well as the toilets flushing pretty slowly. Additionally, we had family members who booked last year (2025) under our group name who struggled with getting a room at check in having to wait about 45 minutes to 1 hour to get assigned their rooms. These family members travelled from across the. Country and got into town hours early, waited until 3pm check in after being on a plane for hours and was looking forward to relaxing only to be told they had to wait until a room became available. I understand that 2 other groups were coming the very next day after my family's arrival, but we did have a contract in place, which me as the coordinator thought would help secure our stay entirely. What made our stay good was the friendliness and accommodation of the front desk staff who did the best they could to rectify issues as they came up.

I’d like to give a special thank you to Nike at the front desk for making my stay so much better. Since I was staying for 12 nights, Nike kindly helped me move to a quieter room, which I really appreciated. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, took the time to answer all of my questions, and proactively explained all of the hotel amenities and services that might be helpful during my stay.

Nike is very kind employee. She helped me to stay comfortable here. Thank you very much~

We recently hosted a three-day business workshop at DoubleTree and had an outstanding experience. Our group of approximately 70 attendees utilized the Sierra and Marquis Ballrooms, which provided the perfect setting for our event.

The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout. The hotel staff was professional, attentive, and responsive to our needs, helping ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

A special thank you to Nanette, Mauricio, and the catering team for delivering excellent meals and refreshments each day. The quality, presentation, and service were consistently impressive and well-received by our attendees.

We greatly appreciate the support and hospitality from the DoubleTree team and look forward to hosting future events here.

We stayed here for the first time for a week during our church conference. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we were able to use the space for study groups and fellowship. I’m so grateful we found this place for our families and our Christian fellowship. Also, a big shout-out to Tommy at the front desk! He was so nice and welcoming, and he took great care of us and our family!

I stay here often for business in the area. Always a pleasurable experience. The rooms are clean and spacious. The front desk staff is dynamite including Nike, Tommy, Veronica, and Jessica. They have a restaurant/bar onsite that is very agreeable. Overall, I always enjoy my stay here at the Double Tree.

I was about to take my large luggage to Disneyland before heading to the airport, but Tommy noticed my plan and kindly advised me to store it at the hotel instead. Turns out Disneyland can't hold big luggage — he saved me from a huge hassle! His thoughtfulness and proactive attitude really made my day. Easily the best staff member I've met here. Highly recommend this hotel, and a big shoutout to Tommy!

I stay at this hotel regularly and every time I check in, Marilyn invites me with the same enthusiasm like she did the first time.

She is a great employee at this facility. She is very patient and asks about the travel etc.
