Doubletree by Hilton Buena Park

Excelente service by Nike and Veronica.who’m I came in contact with a few times. Rooms were super clean and the staff was very friendly. Very pleasant experience overall

We chose the DoubleTree Buena Park for a family vacation primarily for its location, and on that front it delivered. About 15 minutes from Disneyland with plenty of restaurants nearby, it checks the box as a convenient base for a theme park trip.
That said, our check-in experience left something to be desired. We were waiting for a specific room and were told by Jessica at the front desk that it wasn't ready and to come back at 3pm. During the wait, I happened to speak with a member of the housekeeping team, who confirmed the room was in fact ready. When I returned to the front desk and shared this, Jessica maintained that the room was unavailable, then stepped away. Fortunately, Heriberto and Nike stepped in, confirmed the room was ready, and got us checked in without further issue. Nike was genuinely warm and courteous throughout, and Heriberto went out of his way over the next few days to check in on us and make sure our stay was going well. Those two made a real difference.
The room itself was clean and comfortable with standard amenities including a Keurig, nothing extraordinary but perfectly fine. The pool was a highlight: clean, well-maintained, with fresh towels available. A nice spot to decompress after a long park day.
We did not dine at the restaurant, though there was a small inconsistency worth noting. On day one, the staff kindly sold us a banana, a small but appreciated gesture. On day two, the bar attendant said that was not an option. A minor thing, but it stood out.
Overall, a serviceable stay with a great location and some genuinely kind staff. I do find myself curious about the Hilton directly across the street for next time.

Simon was very professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed with a lot of Aloha🤙🙏

The location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The facility indoors was very clean and the landscaping was appealing to the eye.

Warm welcome and friendly staff. Nice rooms and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Clean rooms and plenty of space in a clean and unkept property.

Nike, front manager was very helpful and made sure my stay was pleasant.

Nice hotel, very good staff, Simon, nike and Marilyn on reception very helpful and professional. Nice clean rooms and a nice pool as well. Small shop on site and a resteraunt too, but good central location for shops and restaurants all around. Hotel has a free shuttle to Disney and Knott's which is great. Perfect as a base for a fun holiday.

Location is ok. Walking distance to a lot food options as well as a Target. It is next to a busy street and freeway.

Rooms were ok as well. A little dated, but not horrible.

There was a party in the lobby, so there was a lot of foot traffic. Wouldn’t really recommend a room facing the pool, you can hear everything.

Plus is no paid parking, good location, great customer service, especially from Nike the front desk staff.

Room is great and all around great as well. Tommy was kind and professional when I checked in and hope to meet someone like him in my next visit at a Hilton.

Great experience due to exceptional customer service by the Front Desk and Restaurant staff.

My stay was excellent the only thing was no one at the front desk told me about the restaurant they had. I found out for myself and my husband and I had breakfast there and the service and food was excellent loved it. Ana was our server and did a great job taking care of us. I told her from the outside the restaurant looks closed down and that the only way I knew it was there was because I looked up online what the hotel offers. The Shuttle service to Disneyland was great. We appreciated both drivers. They took out a 100 dollar deposit for both nights but only gave me half back which I didn’t understand because we didn’t damage anything and left the room the way it was when we came in and I didn’t appreciate that. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back because of that. Also the employees at the front desk could be more informative and nicer. So I guess the best customer service and experience I had there was at the restaurant.
