I enjoyed how close it was to the freeway enjoyed complementary coffee, and cookie. Enjoyed the hot tub.

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and I want to give a special shout‑out to Nike at the front desk, she was so cordial and made the check‑in process effortless. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very pleasant. Their warm chocolate chip walnut cookie is honestly to die for, the best cookie I’ve ever had!
They also offer a super convenient bus service for drop‑off and pick‑up to Disneyland, which made the trip even easier. Overall, such a great experience and highly recommended.

I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Buena Park for four days and had a great experience overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay really enjoyable.

I especially want to highlight Nike at the front desk—she was incredibly kind and helpful and was able to accommodate an early check-in, which made a huge difference after a long flight. At one point I misplaced my room key, and the staff helped me immediately with no hassle at all.

I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Tom and Jesica is always helpful and welcoming eveytime. Good location to ride bike, river trail is only 3miles away from the hotel.

We had a very nice experience here, this is our third time staying here, we usually come with family, but this time was just my wife and myself. The cost is reasonable, a facilities is clean and well cared for, it is convenient located near Disney parks and 20 minutes from everything we want to go to. Free parking is very helpful and I am so happy that we had great service from Marilyn and Joe. Joe helped us out of a pickle one day and Marilyn was so kind always greeted us with a smile and a fresh warm cookie.

I was greeted by Nike at the front desk and she got my keys for me when I checked in. She was very friendly and polite! Awesome name too!

Tommy was efficient and provided excellent customer service. He made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. We truly appreciate his hospitality and professionalism.

Bar server was excellent great customer service skills. Food hot and fresh. The server name was Ana Great employee. Give her raise

The best. Lovely foyer. The fireplace is so welcoming. Professional & courteous staff. Our patio room was such a treat! Very special. Would definitely want this room again! Laundry facilities with extremely fair pricing. Restaurant onsite. And one of the rare locations that caters to semi trucks & trailers by having parking available for them! Such a wonderful asset for us!!! We certainly recommend this hotel! The location was perfect - restaurants & shopping in walking distance.

From the staff to the chef, my overall experience was excellent. Thank you Nanette and your team for helping our ladies lunch be amazing. The food was delicious and affordable and the ladies truly enjoyed everything including the dessert. I enjoyed my vegan meal and dessert as well.
The decor was perfect and matched our theme.

The location is excellent and the staff is so friendly. Nike helped me move rooms, find the best places to eat and was such a cool person to chat with. She made me feel at home.

Just a great environment and beautiful hotel. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Nike who was extremely helpful, kind and quick. On top of that, she gave me a free upgrade to the penthouse!! Nike, I can’t thank you enough for your hospitality. Your the reason why I will continue to stay at Hiltons around the world.

The front desk receptionists were very nice and provided excellent customer service . The most notable employees were Tommy and Niice who made my check out process very nice and memorable.

I was checking in last minute and Nike went out of her way to accommodate my needs. Thank you!
