es mi lugar de cabecera en Acapulco, seguro, confiable, limpio, con buen servicio, a un precio justo
Pros:

La arena de la playa estaba más gruesa, entiendo que el pasado huracán la afecto y ustedes acondicionaron de nuevo, pero la anterior era más sueve y se podia caminar descalzo con más comodidad. Ojalá y se vuelva más cómoda con el tiempo

Pros:

El área de albercas es muy bonito y el acceso a playa

Cons:

Que las camas y almohadas no eran muy cómodas estaban duras y en la alberca había mucha arena en el piso

Discriminan a los extranjeros, es un hotel basura.
Pros:

No hay nada que sea satisfactorio.

Cons:

Viajamos más de 400 kilómetros con 13 personas y llegamos al hotel a las 8 de la noche. Increíblemente, cancelaron nuestra reservación enfrente de nosotros, dejándonos sin lugar para dormir, y además no había ningún hotel disponible alrededor.

Elaboración atención del personal y el los de seguridad, las instalaciones limpias y cómodas..

Cons:

En la playa dejan las estructuras de los toldos que rentan alrededor y parece tianguis su la playa(da una muy mala vista la verdad aunque se que no son parte del hotel si afecta en cuanto a su apariencia) y que te pidan un deposito de $300 para préstamo de toallas, la verdad no creo que alguien tenga la intención de llevarse una toalla de hotel a casa..
