Cero descanso y cero comodidad

La amabilidad de los colaboradores, la ubicación y la limpieza de la habitación

La puerta compartida de las habitaciones es lo peor, se escucha mucho ruido y no permite un buen descanso, las cortinas dejan pasar mucha luz y no pudimos dormir después de las 6 am, el colchón de una de las habitaciones está todo hundido, nunca hubo hielo en las máquinas de los diferentes pisos,ni un frigobar disponible ni para renta o la opción en recepción de poder refrigerar insulina para uno de mis adultos mayores, las albercas siempre sucias, el agua turbia y con nata de grasa burbujeante aún recién abiertas, la mancha amarilla en todas al nivel del agua(albercas), las bebidas en el área de albercas también caras y pésimas, sin sabor y era medio vaso de puro hielo, aparte en la llegada después de varias horas de viaje, mis adultos mayores estaban por demás cansados y nos hicieron esperar 1 hora para darnos habitaciones, viajamos en plan de descanso y de eso desafortunadamente no hubo nada desde la llegada
