Our room was musty and in the morning we woke up to a wet floor and all our things were damp from the wetness in the room. The AC wasn't working correctly apparently.

Free shuttle
Pros:

Booked last minute on hotels.com since we had an early flight out the next morning that was delayed. We tried to book a king room but once I got through the prompts, said it was no longer available and I could pay a $30 up charge for a room with a sofa bed. I didn’t need that but said sure. Once we checked in we realized we got just a king room without the sofa bed. It was also the ADA accessible room which was fine, but doesn’t seem to be functional with no outlets in the bathroom. How’s that supposed to be helpful?

I reached out to hotels.com since no one was at the desk at 230am when we left and asked for the rate difference to be refunded since we still stayed here, but didn’t get what was paid for. They eventually gave me a credit because the hotel itself wouldnt help or acknowledge my complaint.

The 1 saving grace and why we booked in the first place was the free shuttle to the airport. They leave the hotel 24/7 every half hour and our guy was super friendly and helpful even for being in the early hours. It was a short drive but better than trying to book a ride share!

Large hotel. Airport shuttle. Decent rooms. Good restaurant
Pros:

When we got our room, it had obviously been smoked in. I’m allergic. NINO was so kind to move us to another room and allowed us to keep our car on site (pay for parking) as we flew to Key West for the week. NINO went above and beyond for us. Thank you Nino!

Pros:

After a long flight the location was great for a good night’s rest. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Considering what i paid i feel like the facilities were a little outdated and you can obviously see repairs like that of a landlord’s special.

Hotel for the night for an early flight.
Pros:

It was a great location to the airport. The room was spacious and relaxing. The atmosphere was inviting and chill. The price was excellent compared to the other hotels in the area.When we arrived the cleaning crew had just finished our room and it had a fresh clean smell. There was an occasional airplane that could be heard, but totally understandable for and airport hotel. We didn't take advantage of the pool or the arcade, but the amenities looked good.
