Great Stay at this Holiday Inn
Pros:

Great hotel conveniently located next to the airport. Rooms were clean and had plenty of amenities (Keurig, iron, blowdryer, fridge, nice TV with lots of channels). Our checkin process with Johann was exceptional as we had a weird schedule getting off the cruise ship early on the day of arrival to the hotel and a later flight the next day, for which they were flexible with us on checkin/checkout times due to us having a membership account which was immensely appreciated by my family and I (obviously this is dependent upon their bookings and room schedules and may vary for others staying here) but the customer service was exceptional. We also at multiple points requested additional towels and toilet paper, and room service promptly delivered them. The kids and I loved playing the small arcade and generous claw machines, and absolutely loved swimming in the pool which has a shallow end for kids and a deep end for more advanced swimmers. Towels readily available at the pool, nice sun chairs to lounge in with umbrellas to shade you from the sun. They also had a nice inside gym to get some exercise in, and a nice campfire area outside by the pool. They have a full cafe with food served downstairs in the lobby, but also offered us a room service breakfast brought right to our room for a reasonable cost, which we enjoyed. Optionally you can also cross the street to enjoy breakfast or other meals at Denny’s Diner. There is also a convenience store just across the street that had fun souvenirs, disney items, and the standard treats, chips, drinks, etc. Lastly they offer a shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport which is very convenient for those flying off their stay. Overall a great experience at this hotel, would recommend and come to stay again.

Lobby and Room was clean.

Cons:

Lobby was extremely hot. The check in took longer than expected, was uncomfortable due to the heat in lobby. The outside of building needs painting!

Cons:

Aircon was very noisy and poor. Hotel was in need of a refurbishment. Arrived at 2230hrs and was informed their would be no water from 2300hrs until 0530hrs the following day. Not what you want when you have had a long transatlantic flight.

Great staff, great location.

The housekeeping staff was nice and helpful, The shrimp tacos were great once we got them

Very dis satisfied. And still have not received a receipt for my room or for the security I had to give for incidents of 150.00. I did not get anything extra for what I paid. As I flew in for a Centropix Academy event. Very very disappointing

Run like a 5 star hotel
Pros:

My experience staying at this hotel was really great. The staff were so professional, the hotel was squeaky clean, and it was really quiet. I would stay at this hotel again without question. The Hilton family of hotels could learn a thing or two. Well done holiday Inn.

Best staff, great Holiday Inn
Pros:

The staff was the best. The gentleman that checked us in at 3:30 am (Thanks AVIS car rental...not!!) was the most friendly and professional person we met all night. He deserves a raise. The room was clean and they had our reservation and nothing about the reservation was screwed up. (I can't say that about AVIS car rental at Orlando airport!!!). Check in and check out was a breeze. Thank you Holiday Inn.

Cons:

Die Möglichkeit über den Shuttle Bus abgeholt zu werden hat nicht funktioniert!. Wir riefen ewig an wurden jedoch überhaupt nicht gehört!!. Wir mussten letztendlich mit den Taxi dahin!
