Zimmer war groß, Dusche perfekt, große feste Handtücher, Frühstück ist zwar extra zu zahlen aber zu empfehlen
Wir hatten von unserem Zimmer aus keine Aussicht - das war etwas schade (aber so viel ist man ja nicht am Zimmer)

Ashley at the front desk was ABSOLUTELY the best! Her personality and warm hospitality made me feel great about the hotel!
I had to call down to the front desk because the AC was NOT Cold AT ALL! My room temp never went below 70 my ENTIRE stay! I had to call down a second time because the TV kept saying it was off line! The third complaint was the damn dogs barking all times of the night! Maintenance was ok the first time he came to the room but had his hands on his hips the second time he was called like we were disturbing him! The guy that answered the phone at the front desk sounded like he had an attitude because I called down a second time!. I was NEVER offended an change of rooms! 🤔 Just a DRY apology. Oh and the guy at the front desk said he couldn't help me fix the TV that's why he sent him bk up!
At check out I was never asked how was my stay, come to find out it was the manager that checked me out! SMH I proceeded to say since you aren't going to ask me about my stay I'll just tell you! Never the less he offered me $24 back in parking! Butttt the issues wasn't the parking it was the room!!🤷🏿♀️
