We enjoyed the staff as they're professional and welcoming. The rooms were clean and they made sure we had everything we needed. Great atmosphere. We also enjoyed the gym
I only had 1 complaint which is the bed was very firm and uncomfortable to someone like me. I have degenerative disc disease and a sciatic nerve pain.
I had a very hard time standing and getting out the bed as it caused so much discomfort. Next stay we will try the queen bed.

Property was very clean ! Very quiet family oriented everything close by especially Walmart it’s very close to. Staff was very polite at all times I will stay at this property again .

We had a great experience at this hotel. Conveniently located off the highway, it had a very large parking lot. The hotel is super nice and super clean. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was large enough, very clean, comfortable beds, great lightning, just wished the AC had more power to cool off the room. It felt a bit too warm for what it was set to.
I was under the impression the breakfast was included in the room cost, however it was not, and you had to pay for it separately. Maybe I missed that information. It's not necessarily a thing I didn't like. Just wanted to mention that. There wasn't anything in particular I could say I didn't like. Great hotel.

I really appreciate the greeting of the Front Desk Staff, it was very pleasant and welcoming
1. I want to view a room before booking and the male person I spoke with on the phone shared with me, this was not permitted,
2. During our stay, we were awaken at 9:15 am by a Housekeeper knocking on our room door continuously, yelling, "Check-Out" time, even though checkout time wasn't until 12 Noon. This was very disturbing to our morning, to sleep in.
Everyone was really kind and helpful. I personally didn't enjoy my stay at Hilton Anatole and left early and decided to go to double tree because that what I'm more familiar with. Overall 10/10 recommend, I had zero problems with my room everything was clean and they even let me check-in a little early :) I also appreciate how attentive the stay considering they were busy because of FIFA!
