Great location to stay in Guatape town . Can walk everywhere in town .

Very well located in center of town across from the central plaza ! Staff very nice and room very clean ! i highly recommend !

Location is convenient.
Can be noisy at night due to music from the bars and the square.

What can I say? Problems with the reservation. Couldn’t get the room away from the main plaza. Loud all night. No toilet seat. Mini fridge rumbled every 5 minutes. Hardly any blankets, low bed shoved against the wall on one side. Limited breakfast at another place. And LOUD!!!

The room was fine, small, clean, simple, good bed, tv. Very old fridge. The staff was excellent, friendly and kind. The only problem is the noice at night when you have a lakeview room. There is a nightclub close by with live music till midnight, so you can dance in your room tonthat sound

Un lugar acogedor, muy bonito! Mala experiencia porque no pudimos descansar bien por una actividad en la plaza y la musica demasiado alta no nos dejó dormir hasta las 3am. En el cuarto, todo bien menos la cama que los matress son muy duros.

Windows were broken. No elevator. Room stark and no personality or decoration at all. Not even a chair to sit in. Bed and wardrobe. Staff were very nice.

La vista de nuestra habitacion fue perfecta, descansamos sin ruido alguno, la persona que nos recibio muy forma, y atenta a nuestras necesidades. Defitivamente volveriamos a hospedarnos aca. Muchas gracias por todo!!

Amazing staff

great location, right on central square. If you stay in a unit facing central square It's a bit noisy at night. I stayed in unit 402 (facing central square) and had issues with shower water pressure and temp. also, if you want your room to be cleaned, then leave the apartment key with the receptionist, because otherwise they will not clean your room. at check in, the receptionist forgot to mention that.

Was a nice place, had hot water and wifi. No airport shuttle as advertised though.

This is a nice little hotel offering clean rooms at a really good price. The location is great, right by the main square. Although we were central and it was a Saturday night the room was reasonably quite.
We had s lovely big window with a view of the lake.
Check in was pleasant and straight forward. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, if you have heavy bags I would reccomend requesting a room on a lower floor as there are a few stairs.
We didn’t have the free breakfast as we weren’t told on check in and we didn’t see a breakfast area as the hotel is small. We were given the token just before we checked out. But it is at a cafe across the road. We were leaving early so this wasn’t really a problem, but it would have been better to be given the voucher on check in.
