Not as my plan & what i paid for
Pros:

Nice city , stubai summer card was amazing a lot of nice activities for kids & adults.
Most of the services near to the hotel .
مدينة جميلة جدا ، البطاقة مفيدة جدا و فيها انشطة جدا ممتعه يستمتع فيها الكبار والاطفال ، المدينة بها كل الخدمات الي تحتاجها

Cons:

Unfortunately many things , I arrived at 2pm and no one at the hotel reception till 4 pm no proper reception service it seems like family running the business , no daily cleaning or changing the towels, i lost half day benefits from the summer card because no one at the reception when i arrived.
Secondly this is not a hotel, it is like a vacation apartments , in two separate buildings and what we got it is not even shown in booking and that what we got which disappointed me and even a customer arrived same time with me and was not happy as well .
The toilet paper they provide only two rolls if you need extra you have to buy your own. That was upset for our 5 days stays. Also, a lot of warning for extra cost like if you don’t clean the kitchen, if you don’t separate the garbage,, etc.
The toilet shown in the photos is big with a bathtub, but what we got is very tight without bathtub and the WC was separated. got the keys from their neighbor only .
Same thing happened when we checked out no one was in reception and we call them but no answer and we left the key in the door .
حقيقة كثير من الملاحظات ، اولا مافي موظف استقبال ، وصلت الساعة ٢ و مافي احد موجود و انتظرت لحد الساعة ٤ و جاتني جارة الفندق تسال عن اسمي و سلمتني المفتاح فقط بدون اي استقبال او طلب مستندات او معلوات او حاجة فيبدو هذا نظامهم و نظام غريب يعني من يفضو يجوك او يرسلو حد من جيرانهم او اصدقائهم و يسلمك المفتاح هذي ما تحصل ابدا في الفنادق المنظمة .
ثانيا ما في تنظيف يومي للغرفة و لا تغير فوط و لا حتى وكلينكس في الحمام و خلال ٥ ايام حطو فقط اثنين و اذا تحتاج زيادة تدفع له و هذا صدمني .
كذلك وقت الخروج تأخرت اكثر من نصف ساعة لان محد موجود في الاستقبال و اخر شي حطيت المفتاح و رحت .

Nice little hotel, friendly, mountain view, free stubai card
Pros:

We had the family appartment which was real nice. Good beds, nice balcony, mountain view, good bathroom, nice restaurant. And the free stubai card was so nice; many things for free in the surroundings.

Harmonischer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Herzliche und freundliche Aufnahme. Personal steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Durch die zentrale, aber ruhige Lage, kurze Wege. Gerne wieder.

I had a great stay. Nice view from the balcony of my room. Quiet community except the bell from church. Breakfast is nic
Pros:

The old lady at counter is very nice. I feel warmly welcomed. Great price and location. Walkable distance to supermarkets. I love the free garage with cover for most.

Cons:

The bathtub. Barely stand straight for men as the edge of ceiling is lower. You may need to sit on the bathtub for shower. Everything is great other than this.
