A nice place to stay close to the centre and yet near to green plots and gardens
Pros:

We received what we paid for. It was easy to park the car, we had a balcony, steady hot water. very good selection of TV channels, breakfast. The city centre is 2 minutes away by car. All the problems enlisted below were well acceptable and explained by the reasonable price.

Cons:

It is very obvious the property is "tired". Many things can be improved, many components can be renovated, refurbished, repaired. Or simply better maintained. The shower head was leaking in all directions. The pillow cases were torn. Small imperfections here and there. But nothing major (negative) at all and the service and offer corresponded to the price paid. The breakfast was quite simple, but I think we were the only guests, so it was fully understandable.

Cons:

Nothing. Nothing looks like on the pictures. Cheep place for someone who has no other option. I payed, left and booked another apartment.
