THesis Hotel Miami Coral Gables, Curio Collection by Hilton

Beautiful hotel to tour U Miami. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the roof top pool and wish we spent more time there. The area of Coral Gabels is adorable.

Stayed at the Thesis for VousCon with friends and Chris was very helpful and accommodating. Wouldn’t have been the same without him.

Had some issues with parking and keys, inaccurate check out date on one room. At the front desk Eli checked us in and also was there upon checkout. She was so helpful, professional, warm and welcoming. Best customer service we have had perhaps ever. Keep her around!!

Where do I begin Rick and Fernando realized that I had had one of the worst days ever and made sure that my night improved. From the glass of champagne on check in to making sure that I personally got to the elevator and my room. It was above and beyond. I will def be back and ask for them

Very nice and clean, it was in the perfect location for what we came for. The staff was wonderful and gave us great family fun recommendations since we came with our 2 year old.

I had the pleasure of staying at THEsis for a corporate event. The room was clean and comfortable, and the event was really fun - our group played Padel, with terrific food and beverage service.

Fernando and the team at THEsis took great care of us before, during and after the event.

I am looking forward to my next trip there, and would hold an event there anyway!

My sons and I and our extended family - brother sister in law, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandma and grandpa has the most wonderful weekend celebrating a special family occasion. The food, customer service, pool, rooms and overall vibe and experience was beyond excellent. The costumer service was top notch and so personalized. Fernando treated us like we were his personal guests.

The Thesis Hotel Miami is absolutely beautiful! From the moment you step in, you are greeted with champagne and smiles. The hotel had events while I was there and still felt inviting. I love a nice pool and it was so peaceful in the morning. My morning walk was amazing. Side note, the full length mirror was in a great spot in the room. I need my mirror! The customer service was top tier! Everyone was so helpful. Ellie, Kevin, Valentino, Tiffany, Fausto, Serguie, Nicki, and especially Fernando made my trip a breeze. Fernando provided me with information about the area. We were able to plan an amazing day! I started with the bikes that are located at the hotel. I felt like a kid again! I will definitely go back and see what other suggestions Fernando will have for me! I loved it there and can't wait to do more upon my return.

Rick was amazing from the moment I walked in!

I’m leaving this review to make sure I never make the mistake of staying at this hotel again. I travel about 200 days out of the year. I haven’t stayed at a Hilton in a while. I stayed at this hotel about two months ago. I just came back into Miami and booked it again because I forgot what happened last time.

Out of the five days I’ve spent in this hotel. I don’t remember room service picking up the phone a single time. Every time I want anything from a cup of coffee to breakfast, I have to go downstairs to the restaurant. No one at the front desk or at the restaurant care enough to figure out what the problem is The restaurant just keeps saying their phone doesn’t ring and the Front Desk just doesn’t care.

I reserved the presidential suite. There’s not a single glass in the room. It took over an hour to get glasses in the room because I got tired of calling and waiting and then I went down and got them myself. I’d love to tell you the full story behind the event, but it would take too long. The rooms have ginger, beer and other beverages that require a bottle top opener. Not one room has one. All of the countertops in the rooms have chipped edges where people bust the bottles open.

The hotel looks good on paper, but is one of the most disappointing hospitality experiences in reality. The only possible way I can understand the positive reviews of this hotel is people who have never experienced actual travel and believe that this is a standard.

The staff is actually friendly. They’re just miserable and I mean miserable at their job. It is shocking how poorly trained the staff is in this hotel. This is the perfect property if your life consist of exceptionally low standards and you just believe this is normal.

Our experience at THesis was wonderful. Diva was very helpful at the front desk. Fernando was extremely helpful with the assistance to set up transportation. It's beyond typical service to assist and we appreciate it. We will recommend the hotel to family and friends.

The facilities are amazing. Phenomenal amenities and such helpful staff. Rick and Fernando really went out of their way to ensure that my visit was perfect!
