THesis Hotel Miami Coral Gables, Curio Collection by Hilton

I don't normally do a lot of reviews but I was compelled to let you guys know how I feel about my experience here. I booked this for a mental break and It was a great decision. From the warm welcome to the food to the bed to the food, the pool? Everything was on point! I have stayed at many resorts but this one restored my faith in hospitality. I met a gentleman by the name of Ryan. I think he might the leader for the Front Desk. He was so kind and professional and what was most important was that he made me feel SEEN as a guest. His smile was infectious and he made me laugh too. Don't get me wrong. The rest of the staff was great! But Ryan was like a soothing wind with a bit of needed sparkle. Thank you all! This break was just what the doctor ordered and I will definitely be back when I visit Coral Gables again.

Amazing stay! Fernando and the rest of the front desk staff went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect. Will be back next time I’m in Coral Gables.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Thesis Hotel in Coral Gables this past weekend. The hotel itself is beautiful, with such a unique and modern atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which really made the experience stand out. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and honestly exceeded my expectations. Definitely a place I would recommend and would happily stay at again!!!

Best hotel in Coral Gable, wait, scratch that. Best hotel in MIAMI-DADE! I had the best experience at the hotel, I usually like air bnb’s but the atmosphere, awesome restaurant and food selection, amazing service and beautiful decorations. Vikash especially made my experience the best it could be. I will be coming back!

I always love staying at this hotel. The manager director, Vikash Maharaj, always goes above and beyond to handle any questions or issues I have. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and the ambiance feels sophisticated and helps me relax during my stay. The food is spectacular as well.

When my valuables were miss placed in the trash and taken to the hotel’s trash compactor, I thought my stuff was gone forever.

Thankfully the hotel staff acted fast and team member Ariel personally retrieved my valuables. I am truly impressed and greatful for the level of commitment and service the hotel staff give to their residents.

It’s really like a 3 star hotel. They do not serve breakfast at the hotel but they have coffee machines in every room. Hotel is clean. Very convenient if you are here to visit someone at u miami

I am a big traveler and loyal to Hilton, and I have to say this hotel blew me away. Everyone was so friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the pool was clean and beautiful (along with the rooftop terrace and bar), the room was so quiet and comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless. I wish our stay here would’ve been longer! I definitely felt like I got my money’s worth, especially with the food credit they give you.

The team was very helpful in assisting with moving our belongings to our room over multiple trips. Fernando, in particular, was very accommodating and helpful in answering our questions and fulfilling our requests. We truly appreciated the great service and had a wonderful experience

Love this hotel and the experience my friends and I had. The food, drinks, decor, and staff were all wonderful. I particularly would like to celebrate Fernando and Sergui, who remembered our names at every sighting, gave us excellent advice about the hotel and our experience in Miami, and were generally and consistently delightful. Will remember them and this hotel with extraordinary fondness, and will certainly return the next time I am in Miami.

Ariel from house keeping helped us out, he went above and beyond with making sure the room was perfect for us!

We had dinner at The Collab when we dropped our son off at college. Two days later I discovered that my credit card was used to pay for FIVE different dinner checks that night. Situation is unresolved as of yet, and I am hesitant to stay at this hotel during Parents' Weekend due to this fraudulent activity.

Location for a visit to U Miami is perfect! Beautifully appointed and clean as a whistle. Be sure to make friends with Fernando at the Concierge Desk. He has all the tips, tricks and connections to make your stay comfortable and memorable!

Fernando was able to arrange a faster check in for my friend to move. Super charismatic and even handled a heated dispute between 2 guests in the lobby professionally and quickly.

Rooms were well appointed and housekeeping did a great job of keeping things clean and neat.
Restaurants were delicious and cafe at the Residences was perfect for anytime snacks/meals/drinks.
And Sergui, one of the hotel bellhops and more, was super helpful with bags and packages throughout our stay!
