5 - excellent. My room was very loud last night over the roof top bar. Janell helped me to switch it to the other side of the building without question. Even sent a new key up to my room so I could make the switch without going to the lobby.
Daniel, at the front desk then followed up to make sure I was happy. Oh while they are at full capacity their service was top notch.

Maney bartender - Xavier and Joseph were excellent at their craft and made me feel welcome. Food was excellent. 5 stars

My stay at the Thesis Hotel in Miami was nothing short of exceptional. This is truly the best hotel in the Miami area—classy, elegant, and beautifully designed. Everything from the atmosphere to the attention to detail made the experience feel special.
What stood out the most, though, was the staff. Every person I interacted with was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuine. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of, and it made all the difference.
If you’re looking for a place that combines style, comfort, and top-tier service, look no further. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Thesis Hotel to everyone I know.

Everything was perfect — from the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless room and amazing breakfast. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is ideal, close to everything but still peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
WARNING---This is a convenient hotel with a lot going for it---but we have consistently had issues with our bill when we visit our son. Make sure you check your bill thoroughly before you leave the hotel because trying to change anything after the fact is near impossible---We left in a hurry today and noted 7 separate charges for the valet---when we only stayed for 3 nights-----We also noted extra charges from the onsite restaurant------We were charged nearly 150.00 for a meal we did not eat----When we tried to have the hotel remove it, we were told they could not do so without getting in touch with the restaurant. We were told to contact the restaurant---a practical impossibility as they never answer the phone---We tried for nearly 3 hours to get someone at the hotel-----no one answered the phone. When we called the hotel back, they were unwilling to help us even though the restaurant was literally steps from their front desk----Finally, we talked to a manager who told us he would take care of it---We have yet to receive an updated bill. This is really an embarrassment----and to say that it is a one off---would be unfair---This happens repeatedly at this establishment.
Nice hotel. Clean, well maintained and comfortable. Well located. Lovely setting. Would happily stay again. All the staff were super helpful and welcoming with the exception of a rather curt check in. We passed it off as a one time oddity and all was good from then on. All our needs were met.

Our shower and bathroom floors were dirty. There was hair and dirt stains in the shower and hair on the floors.
The hotel looks nice and upon entering the front desk staff is polite and professional.
Valet is $39/day which is pretty standard for the area.
They have a mandatory $27 amenity fee. I asked and they said it gives you $20 credit at one of their restaurants which doesn’t make much sense. This fee is per day so add that to your nightly rate.
If they had consciously cleaned the bathroom, it would have been a good stay.
My daughter and I came here to celebrate my 70th birthday on an impromptu basis after we cancelled our stay at the Diplomat Hotel because basically their entire pool area is under construction and they did not have any notice of that online.
We told Janay upon check-in that we were here to celebrate my birthday, and before we got back from the self parking she had already arranged for a bottle of wine and two glasses for us with a sweet hand-written note. That gesture nearly brought tears to my eyes.
Our entire stay was above expectations. We loved the ambiance, which was exactly what we were looking for, for this celebration. I highly recommend the THesis Hotel Miami Coral Gables. My daughter and I won’t hesitate to come back.
From the moment we stepped through the double doors, Janay at the front desk set the tone for an amazing stay. She immediately greeted us with a genuine smile and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. First impressions are everything & we knew we made the right decision booking here the instant we met her. She made us feel right at home.. have you ever wanted to hug someone after they checked you into your hotel room… No? Well you haven’t met Janay yet. She truly is a gem.
During our 3 night stay we encountered many treasures.. from our bartender Toby at the bar/restaurant Mamey, to our server Mia at the upscale restaurant The Collab, to the assistant general manager Luis, we couldn’t have been cared for more. Drinks, food, vibes, & customer service was on point at all corners of this hotel.
The THesis Hotel is a small boutique hotel but what it lacks in size it makes up for in high end vibes, unique character, & outstanding customer service. We had the most amazing stay; I will absolutely be returning to this property and I highly recommend you do the same.
We recently stayed at the Thesis hotel in Coral Gables Miami, and had an amazing experience. Both Tatiana Jerome as our guest experience coordinator and Vikash Maharaj as general manager were unbelievably helpful. I believe it was the best customer service we have ever gotten in any hotel. Their entire staff was amazing and we can’t wait to go back again! They are truly a world class team and deserve the highest possible reviews! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!
I get to the hotel and the lady at the front desk is super rude with my girlfriend because she doesn’t speak english very well although we were always very polite to her. If a hotel is trying to get international clientele they should teach their employees to be polite to not native speaking clients. Its also just pure human decency. Another issue I have with the hotel is that they charge you an incidence fee, i parked my car at the hotel and no one ever told me how expensive it was to park at the hotel. My whole incidence fee was taken away by the hotel without me even knowing about rates or anything before hand.

An issue we had was a very loud band and party between th two buildings. We complained because they were still going past midnight. In response they quickly apologized and offered to cover brunch the next day. Very good response and service even though the music continued for another half hour.

On September 2, I booked a reservation, intending to stay October 3–4. Within 15 minutes of booking, I realized my mistake and contacted the hotel directly via the Hilton app’s chat feature. I explained the error and asked for help correcting it. The hotel replied that they could not assist and instructed me to make changes in the app — which was not possible.
On September 3, I called Hilton’s customer service line and spent 17 minutes with an agent who attempted to contact the property but could not reach anyone. She advised me to call back directly the next day. On September 4, I did so. The agent informed me that the General Manager declined to help. When I requested to speak with the GM myself, I explained the situation and pointed out that I had proof of the chat within 15 minutes of booking. The GM stated he would consult with accounts payable and have someone contact me. No one ever followed up.
Since then, I have left multiple voicemails for the GM and accounts payable and made additional calls to Hilton customer service. Each time I am told only the hotel can resolve this, yet the hotel has ignored me. I was ultimately charged $253 as a “cancellation fee” for a stay I did not use, did not cancel, and for which I earned no points.
As a long-time Hilton Honors member (currently Gold, formerly Diamond), this experience is unacceptable. I have always valued Hilton’s service, but my last three stays have been problematic, and this incident may be the final straw

Very basic stay. Hotel restaurants are ridiculously overpriced and room has very basic amenities. Towels are old and not soft and woke every morning early to the staff vacuuming the halls. Doors and walls are very very thin too so do not expect a good night of sleep.
