Pros:

Staff was very unfriendly. Entrance not maintained well.Cleanliness was missing. Room had mold on the top of the ceiling. Same mold found at the breakfast area. It definitely will not recommend anyone to stay there.

Very Convenient location. "WANDA MALL" is 8-10 minute walk.
The Reception Staff were excellent, even though they did not speak English, we managed to communicate thru' Phone Translate. Very Very helpful.
This Hotel is very highly recommended.

Pros:

- Checkin schnell und unproblematisch. Leider sprach niemand wirklich gut Englisch, was aber eigentlich auch kein Problem war (Zudem gibt es ja mittlerweile recht gute Translator-Apps)
- Beim Frühstück war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei (Asiatisch und Westlich).
- Das Bett waren sehr groß und bequem.
- Das Zimmer war sehr groß (mehr als ausreichend für 2 Leute mit Gepäck).
- Sauberkeit sehr gut (Bis auf ein paar kleine "Schönheitsfehler", wie z.B. ein Fleck auf dem Boden der einem normalerweise auffallen müsste.)
- Nachts so gut wie kein Lärm von der Straße.
- Wir haben uns in der Umgebung zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit sicher gefühlt.

Fazit: Insgesamt waren wir sehr gut zufrieden (Preis-Leistung). Wir würden Wiederkommen.

Pros:

The biggest draw back is no bathtub, just shower. The reason I sray at Holday Inn and other western branded hotels is I want a bath. The summer, I have travelled all over Chins, staying at other Holiday Inn Express. If they are going to be the same and charge the same, they should have same facilities. The people were excellent! Our stay was great. The front desk, house keeping all were great. Another side note, This is a huge tourist place. Be patient, not enough taxis or didi.

Pros:

服务员非常礼貌热情，乐于助人。超级棒！
早餐也挺丰富，住宿物有所值。
另外酒店旁有几家非常棒的饭店。
下次到泰安一定还住这家！
