Café da manhã! Mas as regras não foram muito claras. Pois estávamos em 3 adultos , a reserva foi feita para 3 adultos e o café estava incluso somente para duas pessoas . No site isso não estava claro. A informação não foi completa . Tive que pagar o café da manhã para o meu filho. O Café era bom, mas ocorreu esse contratempo.

Cons:

Achei o hotel velho e escuro e o ralo do box do banheiro estava entupido. Difícil o escoamento da água do banho.

I will return IF I ever return to Miami
Pros:

I stayed here 2 days during the "storms" in Jan. that pretty much closed the airport and wish I could have stayed the third, but didn't find out my flight had been cancelled until they were fully booked. The hotel is a little dated, but is clean, comfortable and has all of the things I needed. What set it out above many hotels I've stayed at was the staff. They were over-the-top friendly & helpful under extreme conditions. The hotel was busy, but they managed to remain professional, helpful and friendly through it all. From the transport to/from the hotel to the desk staff to the counter service workers to the cleaning staff - they were all great!

It was a decent place to stay for one night before flying home.
Pros:

The restaurant on the 9th floor had good food and drinks. It had good views of the planes landing and taking off at the airport.

Cons:

The hotel is dated and tired. The corridors are dark and depressing. The rooms need refreshing.
