Very accommodating and felt welcomed to be there.Everyone was nice and pleasant.
Pros:

I sent in an special request the other day,they told me that they will try my best to accommodate me.As soon as I arrived in the morning,my room was ready to check in so that made me extremely happy and very accommodating.They did text me to see how everything was and I told them it was very relaxing and I had a quiet and peaceful night.

Cons:

N/A.I didn’t like anything at all.Everyone was amazing,the food in the dining room was good.Everyone I spoke to was very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

I had contacted the hotel to inquire about shuttles from the airport to the hotel; never got an answer; waited at the airport for a shuttle to try my luck which didn’t come when I was there waiting so I opted to uber to the hotel
