I got at this property at 2 o'clock in the morning. Let them know that I made reservation with booking the owner to this place told me they do not do third-party and that that was none of their business or their problem that they do not do go through a third-party that they was not going to Let me stay there unless I paid at the property

I only stayed for 1 night. I didnt expect much for the price i paid. Hotel room was bare bones. I got a non smoking room but it still smelled of cigarette smoke. Some channels didn't work on tv. The hotel staff needs to pick up some of the litter on the ground. But the hotel is close to some restaurants and stores..

Booked a room on the wrong night and the desk lady was extremely rude and didn’t try to help out my situation at all. It was at 5 am and all I wanted was to check in early. I was left with nowhere to stay at 5 am.

Cheap hotel in bad part of town

This was probably the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at and their staff has TERRIBLE customer service. The very first night we stayed the lady at the front told me to give her 15 minutes to get the room ready. When we got in there it was nasty. They literally remade the beds with used dirty sheets/blankets, that you could obviously tell they had been used. The towels they gave us were literally used and CRUSTY. The shower curtain was cover in mold. When I asked for new towels, I didn't get them until the night before I checked out, I stayed 3 nights. I had asked for new sheets and a blanket, was rudely given a sheet but the housekeeper completely refused to give me a blanket. The door had a massive gap in it so it was freezing every night, there was two different used bandaids stuck to the furniture and the battery was pulled from our smoke detector.

Noisy guests

No hot water. Loud guests and thin walls. Very ghetto

The shower tub have some black mold around the wall

I like Nancy she's sweet but we had to wait to check in.. being we traveled long hours 😞 but we were refused but it's ok

I did not stay there… I stayed there another time, the owners are unprofessional
