Pros:

bed comfortable, room great. Very clean.

Cons:

The air con which is so so noisy! unbelievable.
The fact that there is no restaurant/bar open during the day, for lunch for example.

Disappointed
Pros:

The room is nice, modern, and comfortable, however housekeeping only services the room every three days, so the Keurig K-Cups and Water isn't replenished, nor are the towels. Entryway was cluttered with vans, and guests couldn't easily unload bags at the door. We were happy to see that there is a lounge and restaurant, however when we returned to the hotel before 10:00 PM on a Friday evening, the bartender told us the bar was closed because she didn't have any customers, and she was rather blunt about it. She told us to go downtown and find a place to relax. We advised the front desk at checkout about the lounge being closed and they said they would take our breakfast off the bill. We got our bill via email the next day and the breakfast wasn't removed from the bill. Won't be back

I would not recommend staying here to anyone. It was very expensive and horrible quality.
Pros:

It was within walking distance from downtown.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable, restaurant was horrible, there was no spa like it was advertised for, the staff was rude and we had to pay for parking each day.
