Pros:

Honestly, there was nothing that we liked about it

Cons:

Pretty much everything. Starting with having to walk forever to get from the parking garage to the elevators by the front desk, especially for someone who has a very difficult time standing or walking long. The beds were uncomfortable, the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Then it was a huge disappointment to have to pay $57 for breakfast for 2 with a crappy buffet where you get milky watery eggs. For paying over $300 for one night, was definitely not worth it.

Great staff and location
Pros:

The staff was outstanding - and juggling a huge NE Region youth soccer tournament. Jose and Frima were outstanding at the Penstock Brunch. Emerson, Michael, Juls and (Diana?) at the front desk were fantastic. Location downtown is great, walking distance to restaurants, bookstore, cafes. We stayed in several hotels over a couple week trip. This had the best bed and by far the best shower.

Sharazad Khalifa and Chef Rony Rivera. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail were evident in everything they prepared for us. It's clear they genuinely care about creating memorable experiences for guests, and they exceeded every expectation. Thank you again for helping create such a beautiful memory that my wife and I will cherish forever.

Great!
Pros:

The staff was so kind. My child has medical needs and we couldn't attend July 4th fireworks outside in the high heat. The staff answered all my questions and had us in a room facing the fireworks. They checked in regularly to see if we need anything. The breakfast brunch staff were so kind and accommodating finding a child cup with a safety lid.

Would not come back no breakfast included with your stay you have to pay 15 per person .
Pros:

Property is pretty. But not worth 200 a night

Cons:

I found a sock in my bed sheets so not sure if they didn’t wash them or it was mixed in with laundry either way wasn’t very happy about it . 200 a night I would expect more .

Pleasant although some late night food options would be great
Pros:

Everything was good room very clean, quiet the only bad thing we experience with the mattresses were awful, this hotel needs to invest in new and better mattresses.

Overall the stay was good
Pros:

It was good. I just didn't realize that I had to pay for it. I thought it was a continental breakfast...

Cons:

I didn't realize that we had to pay for parking. It would have been great if the receptionist had told me. She did tell us that we would get a ticket after scanning the key at the parking garage

Pros:

Breakfast was a buffet. It was fine. I wish they had lattes or cappuccinos instead of just regular coffee.

Cons:

I requested a corner room but did not get that. Room was fine but when you request something specific and you don't get it, there's a little bit of disappointment that goes with that.
