Overall the stay was good
Pros:

It was good. I just didn't realize that I had to pay for it. I thought it was a continental breakfast...

Cons:

I didn't realize that we had to pay for parking. It would have been great if the receptionist had told me. She did tell us that we would get a ticket after scanning the key at the parking garage

Pros:

Breakfast was a buffet. It was fine. I wish they had lattes or cappuccinos instead of just regular coffee.

Cons:

I requested a corner room but did not get that. Room was fine but when you request something specific and you don't get it, there's a little bit of disappointment that goes with that.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The location is excellent . Close to restaurants and the arena . The staff are friendly and professional . The room was quiet and comfortable . It was a really great stay and exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like .

The location in downtown Manchester was excellent. The rooms are spacious as well.

Cons:

I ordered room service and they told me they were too busy and I had to come and pick it up. I WAS LIVID!!

Solid Hilton for staying in Manchester
Pros:

We had a great time here for a family get together! Randy at the restaurant was a fantastic waiter and made sure our drink and food orders kept flowing smoothly throughout the night. It’s great to see a Hilton with an executive lounge still and found it very convenient for grabbing some snacks and drinks for the room.

Always feels like home away from home.
Pros:

modern without being cold
Comfortable and welcoming
Easy parking for my stay and doing business.
Big, comfy, quiet rooms.
Bar /lounge is great. Staff is always nice.
Location is easy with good options for dining out etc…

Cons:

No fan or vent in the bathroom.
Otherwise all good.

quick trip
Pros:

This was a short unexpected bussiness trip a couple weeks ago, spent 2 days in property and it was a good experience. Staff was great from the front desk all the to Hector manager from F&B who went above his job to accomodate us and made sure all was done to our expectations even with the short notice. This is what makes the experience one that will be repeated.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Greeted with water and warm baked cookies. Our room was clean and spacious. Our dinner in the restaurant was very good and the wait staff great and room service was prompt and courteous they have a comedy club adjacent to the restaurant with regular shows.

Cons:

Restaurant did not serve lunch but we were close to many restaurants of all varieties.

Clean, quiet, elevator quick, staff great. Dinner was also good . Parking was great. Location was on spot for why we were there. Enjoyed stay.

Coffee hated it. Went else where to have breakfast .

I will be back to the Doubletree
Pros:

Great Doubletree hotel. Gym was above average and had a working Peloton bike. I am Diamond, so had access to the lounge for breakfast. It had everything I wanted - real eggs, steel cut oatmeal and greek yogurt. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. $15 parking was expensive, but convenient.
