There was roaches in my room
The pool was very nice your employees were amazing. Very good people. Couldn’t change thermostat.
I ordered a room with one bed cream sized and I got a room with two twin sized beds, which didn’t work well for me and my girlfriend there was garbage in multiple places in the room. The shower was freezing cold and never got warm. We tried multiple times throughout the night to get hot water and it didn’t work and I couldn’t get the climate control to work so I ended up having to just unplug it because it was way too cold.
Location was ok
Bathroom was dirty, and after telling them they still didn't clean better. There was a bad smell coming from the toilet. Shower look dirty and very old
There was an extra fee for continental breakfast
Bathroom was dirty and staff didn't clean it better after complain
Rude staff
Crowded, not enough parking, pool was in the middle of the hotel, looked dirty, layout was awful, very noisy.
Nothing in particular.
Staff was very unprofessional, we asked for bedding and towels on 3 different occasions, 2pm 530pm and finally went to the desk at 8pm, we had 4 registered to the room and they would only give 2 towels at a time when going to the front desk to aquire them ourselves, room was a landlord special, about 600 for 2 nights. Fire alarm going off for no reason at 3am, for about 30 minutes or so.Stuff just kind of stashed around the location.
The breakfast was amazing. Clean restroom.
Just 3 caps of coffee... I mean I was with my wife, and will be better if we can get at list 2-3 caps of coffee to each person.
I thought we will have couple bottles of water in room, but no.
Execellent stuff
Very clean hotel
Swimming pool and everything its relly good
Waterpool cold but there is huttub
The room was just okay. The common areas in the hotel was appealing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice pool and jacuzzi area but pool was a bit cold.
The mold in the shower was disappointing. The dry food on the side of the nightstand was gross. There was some mold in the shower and the carpet felt a bit damp. The sheets had been washed but they had visible stains from previous use. There also was some weird bugs flying around in the room. The tv’s need to be updated. There are no apps and just more so basic channels available.
It was close to where I needed to be
They charged extra for breakfast and it was old food. We only drank juice and ate the soggy bacon. I tried the broccoli rolls and they were old. Eggs and all items out were old and not fresh. We tried to eat at 7am. The bathroom in our room had not been cleaned there was dry blood on the wall in the bathroom and just dirt around the walls. It needs to be dusted and the towels were dirty as well. Also shower head was super gross and the water had a hard time coming out
Terrible experience!
I wish I could leave less than 1 star!
We stayed there 12/31/25 thru 1/3/26.
1st room they sent us to was 206, which had a large BROKEN heater, detached from wall, lying in the middle of the floor, dirty and soiled!
We had to move.
They sent us next door rm 205.
This ended up being worse!
Bathroom mirror just decided to fall off the wall by itself, drywall behind was outdated.
Shower head height is for midgets.
As a normal 6 footer, I almost broke my tooth on the shower head! But if you're a toddler, tinker tot, you'll love the short height of shower head! So outdated!
They never ever vacuumed. Actually they probably don't even own a vacuum which could clean underneath the beds.
I found dirty, disgusting, used materials underneath those beds, which was probably there for years! I asked them to clean underneath the beds, and then returned later to room and they did not.
Plus, way too noisy, close to hallways.
If you like very dark rooms with no sunlight, you will love it!
We decided not to move rooms 3 times because too much anxiety & too much time spent moving.
When we arrived on
New Year's Eve, staff was getting ready for a private party in the
Banquet Rooms, which was going to be a large Asyrian Party.
To add to the theme of uncleanliness,
( didn't want to look) , but I saw dirty underwear just laying randomly in the public hallway, near the pool.
Maybe the Grinch stole Christmas and was going with a dirty, soiled decor style. There's a visibly open area next to the pool that they are obviously using for storage of random party stuff, which looks great because it reminds me of my old neighbor's garage!
Staff has literally no sense of urgency to fix or clean things.
Btw, our complimentary breakfast, I realized why it was free, because those veggie wraps were leftovers from the private Asyrian party, the night before. I took barely one bite, and felt like throwing up!
Small retail gift shop in lobby does not accept debit cards!
This building is starving for a full renovation, and needs more experienced staff and needs better management with better customer service.
Building is way overdue for new construction !
I usually don't take this much time to write a bad review, which i hope is a subtle sign to them it's time for a change.
This Holiday Inn was a Disenjoyable Holiday. They are not Inn, they are way Out.
If I could use sepulchral terms I would.
