Pros:

The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was just the right temperature.

Cons:

The staff seemed annoyed when we asked for towels and didn't offer much information regarding pool hours, breakfast times, etc.

The website stated breakfast was free, it was not. It was 12.95 a person. Staff did not inform breakfast times, nor mention cost, did not disclose pool hours or need for a wristband or provide said wristbands. There was a used condom outside one the entrance doors. When we took a shower the tub did not drain, staff did not come until late next morning to adress it. Asked staff for additional towels, stated housekeeping would bring some and ended up grabbing towels from the pool area because housekeeping never showed up. There were exposed electrical wires for the heating and cooling unit. There were old chip bags and dirt behind the center bedside table as well and no vent fan in the bathroom.

Pros:

localização e parte das areas comuns do hotel, estacionamento pratico e facil acesso

Cons:

limpeza péssima, quarto com carpete antigo, sem ventilação adequada, banheiro com cheiro ruim e cortinas do box de banho cheirando azedo. A qualidade do quarto era péssima.

Horrible service and wouldn't recommend and not going back!
Cons:

They advertised in the picture that the room came with a bathtub and it didn't. That's false advertising. That made my stay very unpleasant! Also they should be serving turkey or chicken sausage options in breakfast not just pork! Do better! Customers are not the same and don't eat everything!

Reception staff were good. Beds comfortable enough. Good shower pressure.

Cons:

We booked at last minute and so expected higher prices but this hotel did not justify paying over $300 per night.

Breakfast was poor.

Great location near Chicago, at a more reasonable cost than downtown.
Pros:

The room was clean, the location worked well, & enjoyed the heated pool. Was very pleased that my request for adjoining rooms was honored. I liked staying within walking distance of some good restaurants.

Cons:

I don't like staying at a property that allows pets. I heard a dog barking one evening, but the owner was able to quiet the dog at least. The mattress & pillows could use replacing.
