My Room did not have enough toilet paper and towels, I’d request for more via text and never received any I also went to the front desk and never received any.

Location. Breakfast was a little above average.
The guy at the front desk was a bit curt/rude but the female was much better. The room was humid.
It was a bed to sleep in.
Our first room’s door would not lock. Which almost made us late to our event. I think the room was over priced for the quality of the room (which smelled like cigarettes) but the room would do in a pinch.
Location is convenient and plenty of parking

The cleaningness
2 to 5 days getting back my deposit back, but took two seconds. Taking it. Unacceptable.

Front desk mean like I'm inside the immigration or something, first they gave us shity rooms and we complained and then the 2nd rooms smelled bad in till my sister-in-law complained that's when THEY decided to give an Okay rooms it was A disaster
Breakfast was very good, but your advertising says free breakfast included which I would expect a continental spread.
WiFi wasn’t working at first. My son called down to the front desk, they told him a couple things to try and wait and see if it worked. It didn’t so he went downstairs and asked and was told that side of the hotel was not working and it would be fixed in the morning. They did offer to change our room, but we declined as we were only there one night and it was getting later. About 30 minutes later it started working. When we walked in the room there was a strong musty smell-like when carpet gets wet and doesn’t dry properly. We turned the air on and gave it a chance to air out and it improved so we didn’t ask to change rooms. My duvet had what looked like makeup stains on it-they looked older, but that shouldn’t be used anymore. For guests. We ordered takeout from Bar Louie and walked down to get it, didn’t expect an 18% gratuity to be applied automatically. I always tip the server that is doing the takeout prep, but to assume that and charge 18% was steep in my opinion. My son used the fitness room and appreciated having that available.
Proximity to the room and parking and pool were great. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast was really good. Shower was hot, ac worked well.
Room was small, bathroom door didn’t close, bathroom was dirty, old contacts in the corner.

the room was good. we were upgraded to a handicap room which was great with my mom being with a walker. the larger bathroom made it so much easier to work with her when she needed assistance. We did breakfast both mornings and it was easy to pop in and grab something one morning; great for a bit more leisure to eat the second. Really a great stay overall
