The hotel has an amazing location if you want to spend time in Evanston, and a very good one for Chicago. The hotel is quite good considering its price. Relatively clean, not crowded, spacious rooms. Definitely good service for its price. I do not have a major complaint.

We enjoyed breakfast,
Staff weren't able or weren't prepared to book a taxi. There were 6 or 7 steeps to acsess the hotel and my 82 year old husband struggeled with two very heavy suitcases only to be told not to use the disable lift for suitcases, and the disabled lift itself was not working. There was only one washingmachine and dryer for the whole of the hotel. The corridor and room smelt of smoke, which was most offensive. The commen areas were minimal no accessible toilets, a key had to be requested.
