Good Value in a Good Location
Pros:

Enjoyed my stay. Hotel is in a good location and a price is much more reasonable than other hotels in the surrounding area. Will stay here again when I travel to Chicago.

Cons:

No complaints. Overall, a nice stay. Nice hotel.

Great location and staff!
Pros:

Convenient location. The staff were all excellent, helpful, and professional. The room was fine, but a little dated. The bed was very comfortable, and clean. The carpeting was older but adequate. I would stay here again, mainly because of its location and because the staff was great and helpful.

Cons:

The carpeting was pretty worn around the edges.

Pros:

my stay was amazing! i loved the staff there and even one of them took care of my parking for the night so i didnt have to pay to park over night . the view was nice to see downtown evanston , i had stayed at this hotel for a concert and the walk was only 8 minutes which was nice . i highly recommend staying here! i will definitely come back again soon

Didn’t sleep well…room seemed a bit noisy. And the room cost was very high so the stay felt like a poor value

Pros:

Close to universities I wanted to visit. Great coffee shop around the corner.

Cons:

Paying for parking was excessive. $18 per night for basically an empty garage was frustrating.

Never again. Terrible experience.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was nice & the staff at the restaurant were really nice & helpful. Food was good value.

Cons:

Very run down, could not get my room cleaned, the gym was completely neglected with zero supplies . I asked everyday to have it restocked & it wasn’t.
My room was not cleaned either. Dated. Grim.
