The toilet seat was broken in the room, and we waited 45 minutes and 3 calls for it to be fixed. It took almost 20 minutes to get hot water, no matter when we tried. Breakfast menu was good, just so overpriced. Ordered hashbrowns $6, single egg $3 off the menu and was served 2 eggs $6. When I asked about it the server stated that they can only ring up 2 eggs. I will never stay at a Mariot again.

Overall the hotel was ok for a one night stay prior to an early morning flight. Lobby and bar area were nice, but the hallways and rooms need a refresh. Carpets and hallways were smelly and the corners in the bathroom had dirt and dust. The cubby where towels were kept in bathroom were very dusty as well. The air conditioning vents were quite dusty. Seems as though these rooms just get a quick cleaning but fixtures and heavy cleaning are never done. I understand there is high turnover with an airport hotel, but the managers have a brand standard to uphold in all areas not just guest facing employees. All of the staff were friendly except for one, the shuttle driver she seemed to have an attitude when she saw our party of four come out with full size suitcases. We all had to put our own bags in the back, which was fine but I didn’t need all the attitude at 3:45 am.

My small bottle of alcohol was stolen out the refrigerator in my room. Nothing was ever said. I’ll never book with Marriot ever again!!
Fantastic place but in our room 812, the AC wasn’t cooling enough, also have to mention about the service at the bar, specifically Cameron very nice guy n the food amazing

Quiet, efficient and friendly
The shower door did not close causing water to spread into the bathroom. The air conditioning sounded like heavy equipment in the room and came on every five minutes blowing cold air onto the bed! It was impossible to sleep with the racket. We stay almost exclusively at Marriott, so this was really not as good an experience as we have had before
I tried two nights in a row to order room service and no one answered me ever. I called the restaurant and no one answered the keys to our room suddenly stoped working and I had to go to the front desk with no shoes and the whole stay was just not pleasant. Everyone but a few were very rude and the room was very dirty as soon as we arrived
It was awesome. Everything was clean and they accommodated me with a fan.
