Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Restaurant was great

There was a weird smell in the room and there was water on the bathroom floor all the time.

Very disappointed in the customer service, follow through, and lack of cooperation

Cons:

We booked a loft Jr suite for our anniversary. We we weee told at check in the room had “plumbing” issues and weee move to a king room. We were advised we would be compensated for the difference but would have to call booking.com for the refund. The hotel would submit it to them. We called them and they sent a message to the hotel. We checked at the front desk and were told an email was sent also to the general manager. We have nit heard back from anyone nor received a credit. Even with the credit I would have preferred a call in advance to advise our room was no longer available. We live 30 minutes and would have either changed hotels or cancelled the reservation. As it is now we are out the $$ for the Loft Jr suite and settled for a much different anniversary than was planned. Very disappointing and poor service. I should not have to do all the leg work to get compensated for the hotels problem.

It was convenient to walk to the concert, the restaurant was delicious! The staff was so nice.

I booked a loft and they put me in a standard room instead without telling me and just offered me food for the inconvenience as if that makes up for the price difference or experience. I only stayed here for the loft. I couldve stayed somewhere else. Then the standard room I was forced into without being told was disgusting.

My stay here was great! Beatiful clean hotel.
Pros:

The facility was beautiful, the bartender was great, and we received a $10 credit to use daily, which was really nice.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet, which was $26 a person, was not good at all. The sausages were dry and tough, the eggs were not great either, and the only thing I enjoyed was the banana and toast, which is not acceptable for $26 a person and a bunch of items.
