Clean and large room
A lot of street noise from the passing cars right outside of the window
We liked everything about this Raddison facility.
We would have enjoyed a longer stay.
It was a good location for us.
It could have been cleaner. The breakfast could have been better. The eggs were cold. I wish there was some flavored cream cheese. It would have been good to have some sausage or bacon.
The location was perfect for what we needed and the room was a good size for 2 adults and a three year old
When we arrived after 7 hr drive they accidentally charged us double the amount and supposedly reversed it and we then had to put the room on another card which has now messed us up as far payments. I had to go back down after spending most of the first day fighting over the the accidental charge and found out they hadn't reversed the charge. They finally fixed it but only gave us 2 drink vouchers for the bar downstairs and we have a 3 year old and there was no way to go use them af the 21 and over only bar.
Honestly can't say much besides the basic amenities you would expect in a hotel stay (hot water, 2 beds, and a working toilet).
There was mold in the shower and a black spot behind the toilet. It seemed like the floor had not been mopped because we had used paper to pick up hair on the floor and it came up black and the furniture also appeared to be dirty. The ceiling near our room had a leak, so they had placed a bucket to catch the water in the hallway. The elevator was out of service the whole 2 day stay, so we had to use the stairs or walk across the building to use a separate elevator. The room we had was near the road, so we could hear loud trucks and motorcycles throughout the night. One of the beds in our room was broken so it leaned in towards the headboard. The hotel is in an area thats not so great, so better security measures would have been more comforting. For the price i paid (about $170 per night)i was hoping for at least a clean room that I felt comfortable to sleep and stay in.

That if you paid in cash, it was more. I also was unaware of incidentals being so high.
I haven't stayed in a hotel in a while, so was surprised
We had a couple issues with our room and the staff took care of us well. Very pleased.
The Central Location.
The Restaurant was a little low, and the shower never got hot .
They have an amazing breakfast buffet, lots of options and the hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.
I didn't like that I couldn't bring my breakfast to my room, you have to eat it in their dining area but other than that no other issues.
Very load room, had trains and traffic noises
We really liked the breakfast. It had excellent choices and everyone in my family was very pleased with it. The room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was that I didn't like the small "Smart Fridge" refrigerator in the room. I really needed a small freezer like most have above the refrigerator, but there was not one. I have small ice packs that I travel with. Excellent staff, very pleasant and helpful. Anytime we made a request they were right on top of things. We would stay here again.
The trash cans in the room were very small, they didn't hold much at all. It would have been nice if they were a bit larger. No freezer at the top of the refrigerator. It was a modern refrigerator, but I like the older style with the freezer option.
