Pros:

The backyard view was very cool.

Cons:

The room was clean and comfortable, but I wasn’t a fan of the connecting door. Noise traveled easily from the next room, which affected our privacy and sleep.

Convenient location, lackluster experience
Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff was friendly

Cons:

Check-in went well until I tried to open the door to my room to find people sleeping in the room. There was some confusion at the desk about room assignments. The staff was apologetic and did personally check the new room for people before giving us our new keys.

The road noise was loud as the windows were not sound proof. This became an problem at 2 in the morning where a large gathering formed across the street and the loud music woke up my family.


The room was very tidy but not overly clean (some bugs and small balls of hair on the floor). The room strongly smelled of cleaning products and air freshener.

Pros:

The man at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The hotel crew overall were also very pleasant. The hallways and our room were very clean, looked and smelled fresh.
