Pros:

Location was excellent. Staffs were very friendly. Walkable to most of the attractions. Quincy market very nearby.

Cons:

The beds were awful. Springs gone completely. So had a very tough time sleeping.
The shower did not work well. Half of the water was flowing down the tap when the shower was turned on.
The heating system constantly made weird sounds and didn't seem to work well.

Pros:

Location close to the metro stations, comfort of the room

Cons:

The room has not been tied up the 3rd day of our stay, the noise of the works in progress at the building nearby, but they agreed to change our room

The stay was good, the rooms were clean, and the elevators were spacious.
The location is good, as it’s in the center and close to several important places to visit in Boston.

Cons:

Breakfast is not a buffet; it’s à la carte, and you can choose only one dish and one drink—either a juice, coffee, or tea. You can’t have both a juice and a coffee, or a main dish plus an extra side like fruit.
If I had known that, I probably wouldn’t have booked it, since I would have preferred to spend that same money at a café outside and have a more complete breakfast for the same price.

Pros:

It was very walkable to anywhere in downtown Boston. Quiet rooms, adequate bathroom.

Cons:

It was next to a low income housing complex so it seemed less safe than other places. The mattress was horrible. It was broken with a large dip in one side with broken springs in that area.

Charged for my stay even when told i would not be!!! We did not stay, checked out immediately, hotel still charged me?!
Pros:

Unclean rooms and old outdated bed - broken bed / springs/ coils, lube on bed frame headboard, gross. Disgusting. No way would anyone want to stay here. One word - RENOVATION!

I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends...and will return again.
Pros:

Proximity to the hospital was key. Cleanliness was paramount. Both scored high marks!!!!

Cons:

The carpet in the elevator was very dirty. It could have used a quick vacuum.
