Location. Free water bottles. Nice in room coffee. Nice housekeeping staff
Dated rooms. Carpet frayed, bathroom door needs replacement. As you enter valet staff looks upset. No greeting. They are part of staff. Should be trained to be nice. room Overlooking parking lot. Bad restaurant food. Ordered Margherita pizza. No basil or tomatoes. If they didn't have the ingredients they should have told me. Bed not comfortable.
Location was great. It was walking distance to TD Garden.
Extremely loud. Outside noises were ridiculous. The floors were dirty in the hallway. Beds were small and air did t work great.
Location ,proximity to hospital.
Have stayed before
Air conditioning, noisy...needed maintenance
The free breakfast (the French toast) was absolutely delicious and our waitress was amazing.
No mini fridge in standard rooms. The beds were not comfortable at all (the old spring kind) and definitely should be upgraded.
The valley messed up upon checking out and brought my friend and I the wrong car after waiting an hour for our car....we then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to get us the correct car.
It also cost $69 to park our car which given all the issues I do not think that's worth it.
Location
Need an update
The location was within walking distance from the train station and to our appointment. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the ice machine on our floor did not work. A mini frig would have been nice.
Proximity to MGH.
“Tired” old facilities generally.
A number of small maintenance issues that added together show little regard for details, e.g., loose electrical outlets, lamp outlets plugs that don’t work, limited USB connections, “dull & drab” decorations, …
Dirty
Close to shopping, restaurants, and TD Garden!
Beds were very hard! Needed thicker blanket!
Can’t beat the location, price, and convince. We stayed here for our surgery at MGH and it was just minutes away. The rooms were outdated and the bed covers were paper thin.
The room was a decent size and the cleaning staff was prompt and did a great job. The location was great, very close to lots of great restaurants and things to do. It was difficult to find a nice hotel with more than one bed in Boston.
The walls were thin and some other guests were yelling and slamming doors our first night. There was also a lot of outside noise that made sleeping difficult. There were fees that were not included in the booking quote so I was surprised at the total when we checked in.
