La ubicación
Nada
The hotel had a really good rate for my stay, the location was perfect, I had to took the subway rom the airport, and the Bowdoin station was near the hotel, 5 minutes walk, the room was very clean. I will travel next December to Boston and for sure I'll stay again at this hotel.
Nothing was wrong
The location was the reason that I chose the hotel and that was convenient. The noise was loud, they are doing all sorts of construction and the machines run all night across the street. Rooms are outdated but clean. Check out staff wasn’t the nicest. Electricity was shut down for a total of 9 hrs (2 different days) but wouldn’t do any sort of partial refund.
It was close to the Shriners hospital so it was convenient
The beds are extremely uncomfortable
Location is both a blessing and a curse. At time of visit the hospital was being constructed over the road so very noisy. But the proximity to Boston Common, the city and easy walk to TD Garden were great.
As we had an appt at Mass General, the location was perfect. The staff was uniformly pleasant and helpful. As out of towners we appreciated the valet parking and the walkability of the neighborhood.
Front desk and cleaning staff were very kind and helpful. Hotel is close proximity to the hospital, Whole Foods and CVS if you have extended stay for family at MGH making it extremely convenient.
Furniture and linens could use updating.
The location can’t be beat with its proximity to both MGH, Charles St, the Common, and the North End all within varying degrees of easy access.
This hotel is in such dire need of updating—and not even the cosmetic kind (though that would always be nice). The heating system is LOUD, the windows drafty and worn, and plumbing is slow. The facilities are so worn and on the verge of breaking down. The rates are often quite reasonable but I’ve chosen to pay double just to avoid the depressing and dilapidated state of things.
Good location, helpful staff
