Nice getaway for family
Pros:

The staff were courteous and nice
I liked that the room was spacious and clean
Proximity to most attractions
I liked the massive pool in the centre of the hotel. The pool is also disability accessible

Cons:

I didn't like that the windows do not open, so it got stuffy.
The TV channels were limited
The mattress was too soft.
No complimentary drinking water

Didnt sleep well and i felt as if i was deceived. Future guest should be aware of Fees!!!!!

The bed was large and comfortable for me and my wife.The location was also satisfactory.

Cons:

Upon arrival the staff charged me additional fees that were not disclosed to me on booking.com. This is crucial information that should have been disclosed to me.The additional $40 makes a difference in choosing a hotel. I feel this is deceptive to guests.The plumbing had issues and is worn and so are the fixtures. There is heavy noise from construction and drilling at all hours. The carpets are dirty and the small chair in the room was filthy .The feeling is like you are staying in a motel and not a family hotel.

Efficient, convenient, clean, but lacking in basic amenities.
Pros:

Great location, just steps from the local park attractions — that convenience alone is worth a lot. The staff were warm and genuinely hospitable, and the rooms were spotlessly clean throughout our stay.

Cons:

That said, a few amenities fell short. No in-room coffee and limited access to water were surprising gaps for a property at this level. Convenience items were priced steeply, and the breakfast — which came at an additional cost — was disappointing: stale offerings and weak overall food quality for what we paid.

Calm and relaxed an escape from all noise and crowds

With a little arcade and movie 🍿 room
Had shuttles for the Parks and for Disney Spring
Very near to Vineyard Outlets
Walking distance for Walgreens, a Souvenir Store and to Dinner Places
The room was pretty big with King bed, a desk, a Tv, spotless bathroom with hot water 🚿, complimentary coffee and tea maker
Can added very late check out for a few bucks

I was used to the enthusiasm of Disney Staff and found guests service attendances a little bit

Pros:

Great experience! Exceeded our expectations. Not only was the staff super accommodating, they provided a ton of great amenities and entertainment. Dan the Magic Man’s show at the pool made our day and created a memorable experience for our family. Thank you soo much

Ac stayed cold

Cons:

The property is a complete pain to stay at. Check in procedure is poor - here’s a key now drive around to the other side of the building and hope it works. Also price is different and more than booking.com indicated
