Great price, great rooms, great location, FAB staff!
Pros:

This is my family’s second time staying at this location. We primarily stay here just one night between our arrival to Orlando and the start of our Disney resort reservation, but the property has such great offerings and wonderful staff that I’d like to spend a couple more days here! The property is very clean and updated and it’s in a great location. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons:

Nothing negative to note!

Toilets were way too low. I am a person who has a bad back and am a larger person. I had a hard time getting up from the toilet when I was done.

Great location, great pricing, close to parks.
Pros:

The location was great and all the amenities. The beds were so comfortable I could stay forever just for the beds.

Cons:

The outlets in our room were not all working properly.

It was outdated, but a nice facility! I would stay again
Pros:

Location! The pool was nice, but did not use. The arcade is small but perfect, and Applebees is onsite! Everyone was nice.

Cons:

We were put in a older room. Could hear everyone that walked by. It was outdated. The parking rate of $20 a day.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue regular. Al salir me hicieron un cargo de US144.00 que no sé de donde salió.
Pros:

No puedo describirlo porque tuve solo cuatro noches y salía temprano después del desayuno para los parques. Fue incómodo los buses retornaban muy temprano de los parques. No pude aprovechar ninguno.

Cons:

El baño estaba sucio y descuidado. Encontramos ropa interior debajo del mueble del baño de un huésped anterior

Pros:

I liked that they had transportation to disney thru a 3rd party company. I liked that Applebee's was attached to the hotel. I like that they had food to purchase after hours.

Cons:

I was charged for a 4 day parking fee when I only needed 2 nights which held $100 on my credit card. I requested 2 queen's and was forced to use a king and bunk beds. There was hair from a previous guest in the shower and on the towels. I booked this hotel thinking I was getting early entry and this one was not included in that.
